My son went here for two years. He LOVED it and so did I!!!! The teachers in his class were/are amazing people. Their patience and love for the kids is something you just don’t see in many daycare places. The owners are passionate about what they do, making sure every parent is heard, and every child is tended to. The place was cleaned religiously every day, and that was something I appreciated, being that I am a clean freak! My son made some unforgettable bonds here and I will never forget serendipity and what a blessing it was in our lives. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars, highly recommend!!!! Thank you, Miss Nasia/Miss Betty/Miss Leslie/Mr. “Y”!!!!! We miss you all!

This daycare is wonderful. Every woman wants to know that her child is being loved and genuinely cared for and these ladies do a great job at doing that. All the ladies who work here are great and they love and care for the children like they’re their own kids. My son loves it here and he has learned so much from being here. I highly recommend going here. I feel safe knowing how well my son is being taken care of.

If there ever was a daycare to send your child to, this is the one! Serendipity has exceeded our expectations. When you first walk in the door you’ll be amazed! Bright and colorful learning spaces for kids of all ages. For a parent, leaving your babies in the care of another person can be quite daunting. But you will feel comforted knowing your babies are in great hands of Miss Nasia and her staff. My baby is taken care of she’s learning, growing, and most importantly having fun! I highly recommend bringing your child here!

As a first time mom the thought of having my son in daycare scared me, but my 2 yr old just on his 4th day of going to Serendipity loved it! Miss Nasia & all her staff are so welcoming & kind. Hearing how Ms. Elsa has comforted my son when I’ve left makes me feel at peace & I know he is in the most caring hands. I absolutely love getting the updates (pictures/videos) of my son & I am just so impressed by how good my son is doing as the daycare setting is new to the both us, but Miss Nasia & her staff have made this transition feel so much easier.

The worlds best daycare 🥰 in all of carpenterville. I love The owner MS.NASIA she is wonderful and black owned. Very very good at what she does. No matter what she will always be there for you and especially the kids very helpful and thoughtful ALWAYS cheerful and in a fantastic mood every time you see her i wouldn’t dream of taking my kids and Niece and nephew anywhere else ❤️‍🩹 . 10 toes down she is the best and would HIGHLY BE RECOMMEND TO ALL FAMILIES. She make me feel like family 💯 that is my sister 🤞🏽 I’ve was lookin to sign my kids up when they didn’t even have a running refrigerator 😂 about 3-4 year ago and I finally got my baby signed up and he loves it Ta’Leak learn sing language and Spanish and a few more other languages and will be starting to be potty trained at 2 years old. She help you as long as you are honest and respectful and open to talking to her she will always be a listening ear 😍 I have 3 kids and a niece and nephew they love and MS.NASIA and the school she makes them feel like we have known each other for YEARS that how you know she is PERFECT very respectful and responsible and you kids will be taking very good care of while they are in the hand of her wonderful Staff. Wouldn’t trade her/them for anything in the world 🌎 HAND DOWN THE BEST AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAYCARE AND 2ND HOME TO ALL CHILDREN 🎊🎉🎊🎉🤞🏽🤞🏽💯💯💯💯💯
