Shaista's Daycare

We have been with Shaista's daycare for over 2 years and have loved it! It is a neighborhood in-home daycare with up to 12 kids, 0-3yrs old. She maintains a very clean and safe space and has two helpers to give the children the necessary time and attention. We have had our son in Shaista's care since he was an infant, and he has thrived and become a very gentle and kind little guy. She is great with babies and we have always felt that our son was safe, loved and well cared for while in her care. She was a great help on getting him on a nap schedule and to eat when we started food, she and her helper's are very experienced with little ones. Our son has always been happy to go to school in the mornings and still has a smile on his face when we pick him up at the end of the day.

Finding Shaista's daycare was one of the best things to happen to us. Shaista has been an important part of our family these last 2 and a half years. My son would run to knock on her door every morning and give them a huge hug each morning. We found it to be a loving, safe, clean, and happy place, which was so important to me especially when dropping off my son when he was an infant. I have recommended Shaista to many people and would do so again. I trust her implicitly and feel so grateful she provided my son with such great care. We have aged out and are heading off to preschool but will certainly keep in touch as my son considers Shaista to be one of his grandmas!

I simply cannot speak highly enough about Shaista and the loving care our daughter has received while at her daycare. Our little girl gets the biggest smile on her face as we approach Shaista’s door and she can’t wait to get inside! I feel absolutely confident she is getting the best care possible, with Shaista’s high attention to detail and the priority she places on the safety of her children. We just adore her!

When we moved to the area, we needed a dependable in-home daycare for our daughter that was relatively close to our home. We researched a lot of places, but our neighbors had sent both of their children to Shaista's Daycare and had terrific experiences. When we met Shaista in person and saw the environment, we knew it would be a great fit. And when our 2nd daughter was born in 2021, sending her to Shaista's was the easiest decision we could have made. We've referred at least 2 or 3 other families to this daycare, and will continue to do so. My oldest moved on to a different school but still talks about Shaista regularly and we make it a point to go see her several times a month. Friday was our last day at Shaista's with our youngest, and we were beyond sad and will miss her and her staff immensely. She had an amazing impact on both of our children, and we love her dearly for providing such a loving, nurturing environment. Quite simply put- she is the BEST.

We can't thank Shaista enough for her care of our son. As first time parents, Shaista made us feel extremely comfortable to leave our three month old at a full-time daycare. Shaista and her team have such a positive, happy energy and love what they do - our son has a big smile on his face each morning at drop-off (and even before we get to the door!). We feel very fortunate to have found Shaista's daycare and would recommend her to anyone looking for care in the area.
