Shasta Way KinderCare

Shasta Way is a Warm and Welcoming center. The Director Michele has been so Bright, Attentive and Great to communicate with! My children have attended this center for a couple years now & it’s so fun to see all the new things they learn, the fun experiences they share, & the relationships they’ve built with their teachers! It’s truly a nurturing environment & memories my kiddos cherish!

My daughter went to the Shasta Way kinder care for 1 month. The last 2 days she attended she came home with the fullest diaper my daughter had even been in. It was disgusting the way the staff treated us. They didn’t tell us that we were supposed to supply diapers and wipes, which is something her other childcare center didn’t do so we were not expecting. On her first day they acted like I was dumb because I didn’t bring them initially. Thank God I had some in my car, but you would think that information would’ve been brought to my attention before her first day. When we initially signed her up, I was under the impression that they closed at 6:30 because that is what it says online. When signing the enrollment papers and such, one of the staff said something about pick up at 6 PM, even though the paper said 6:30 PM. I asked her what time do you guys close? 630? or 6 PM? She was unsure and had to go check the label on the door! Like is that not embarrassing? You should know what time your center closes. I don’t even know who was in charge for the entire month that my daughter went there and could never sit down and talk to somebody about problems we were having. Right before I decided to pull my daughter, I walked in for drop off one morning and noticed one of the toddlers standing on a table, leaning over a baby gate into the other classroom. I very kindly pointed it out to one of the staff who completely dismissed me and said “he’s OK he likes it up there“ that was my final straw and I no longer felt that my daughter was safe there. DONT BRING UR KIDS HEREEE

I absolutely love KinderCare! The director and assistant director are both very informative and have been nothing but supportive since both my boys have started here. We get a daily “myday” explaining what my children did for the day, their diaper changed and what meals they ate for the day. Super helpful! The teachers genuinely care about your child and make sure that they have the best care. I have watched both my children excel in the past 8 months of being here. Very very happy with this center! I would recommend to anyone!

Stephanie and Melanie are wonderful! They treat us like family and from day one they remembered our first names. We know our daughter is safe and well taken care of. Any time they have a concern they call us immediately. Her classroom teachers are attentive, kind, and caring. Shasta Way KinderCare is a great place to send your child!

1st time parent. We went 9 months without daycare when I had to go back to fulltime at work. I was so nervous about leaving her with someone I didn't know. This daycare has been nothing but amazing! They have daily activities and a note everyday that tells you exactly what they did. The girls in the infant room have been so nice and active. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids. Its adorable. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I am so grateful to have found it. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
