Shining Star Childcare

My daughter has been attending Shining Star for 2 years now. I am extremely pleased with her growth and development. She has excelled in potty training, colors, numbers, and is so excited to share with me what she learns daily. Savannah is great! Very professional, responds in a timely manner, very mature. I highly recommend Shining Star for your childcare needs.

I’ve been using this daycare for my child for a while now, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The staff is caring and professional, and I feel comfortable knowing my child is in good hands. The environment is welcoming, and my child seems to enjoy her time there. However, I did experience a couple of hiccups along the way—nothing major, but there were a few communication issues at times. That said, the staff was responsive when I raised concerns, and everything has been resolved. I’m happy with the care my child receives, and I feel confident in recommending this daycare to others.

Great daycare! My 3 year old daughter has been attending since January and she cries to stay lol! Her vocabulary has improved tremendously and she’s even expanded her food choices. My 1 year old just started last week and she’s adjusting just fine. The teachers are great and assist with anything you need help with!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shining Star Daycare #1 in Nashville, NC ! The staff is caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. From the moment we enrolled, I felt at ease knowing my child was in a safe and nurturing environment. My observation of the staff & day care owner has been pleasant & shows they really engage & care about the children’s development. The teachers provide engaging activities that promote learning and development, and my child has thrived both socially and academically. Communication is excellent, and I always feel informed about my child’s progress and daily experiences. My 2yr old granddaughter has attended this daycare for more than a year and we are so pleased with her growth. Her current teacher, Mrs. Majorie is working on colors with her now, in the last few months she has learned her alphabets, can count to 15 and comes home singing funny little songs. Her teacher is making learning fun which keeps her excited and eager to learn more. I also love brightwheel with pictures of her activities throughout the day. Great place and I would highly recommend this center to other parents and grandparents looking for a place to give their child a strong foundation.
