Removed my daughter within 2days of being there. They gave her spoiled milk. Her caretaker at the daycare informed me she made a bottle at 4 fed her at 4:20 my daughter didn’t finish her bottle, so at 5:20 the caretaker decided to give her the rest of the bottle. In the photo with the warning, the last line states “After feeding begins, use formula within 1hour or discard” it was at the hour mark she should have discarded the formula and made a fresh bottle. My daughter had diarrhea for 2days after. When I explained this to the caretaker she got snappy and rude with me I asked to be given my daughter 3times, she ignored all 3 at which point I stuck my head in and yelled at the individual holding my daughter hostage to please give me my daughter. As I was leaving the caretaker yelled at me that my daughter needed to “get use to it” as she also failed to follow my request when told if my daughter cries for a long period of time they were to call the individual on her forms to pick her up. All of this was informed to the daycare director whom didn’t have much to stay about the whole situation not even an apology was directed to me or my daughter.
