This daycare used to be decent and was affordable for the area. Their process has drastically decreased and the lack of focus for the kids has only grown.
Positive people we've worked with: Director Melinda is good to work with and understanding of many personalities which is why she's in her role. Teachers Pam (infant), Alexis (older infant), Lucy & Kayla (toddler 2-3 yr old) are all great teachers. My son went here for 2.5 years and my daughter 10 months and all those teachers I felt cared about the growth of my children. My son was making progress under Lucy/Kayla in potty training, but once he switched classrooms it vanished.
Negatives: Many other teachers are completely overwhelmed and that pours into their care of kids. My son is by far not perfect nor is he innocent in each attack he's taken (he's a biter) but the amount of reports I've had to sign on his behalf was far greater than any report I signed on the attacks that happened to him. MY son has come home mentioned multiple times a kid hit him and he bite the kid back and only my son has been written up. Two weeks before we pulled our children out I had to sign a report that stated from THE TEACHER 'another kid said your son bite him but we didn't see it happen, but you still have to sign this report because your son did it'! This was addressed with Melinda who said I shouldn't of signed that, but this is the level of focus and care that has fallen here. My son also can't drink milk as it's been known to give him diarrhea and he's been off milk for 2 years here. Oddly enough I give the school a 2 week notice and my son was sent home 2 times for having diarrhea and being labeled 'sick' only to find out the teachers had been giving him milk again. So I paid for my son to be at school but had to watch him for their mistakes.
If you can't afford to go to a better daycare I can understand as this one is still a lower cost but not by much compared to others we toured. A few great teachers we will miss, but that ends the list of positives that are affecting this program.

Our son has been in the infant classroom since October and we have been very pleased with his care! They are always quick to respond to questions or concerns, and you can tell how much our son likes his teachers by how much he smiles and gets excited to see them. Ms. Pam and Ms. Susan are wonderful (as are all the teachers we have encountered) and we have no worries when our little one is in their care!

If you're looking for a daycare, I cannot recommend here more. My daughter is excited to go to learn, to be with her friends and teachers, and has learned more here than anywhere else. She even cries on weekends when she cannot go to school. The staff is incredible, all show love to the kids and kindness. I am so thankful to have found a place where I don't feel worried to constantly check in because my kids have shown me they feel safe there. I'm grateful for everyone there who always put the kids first, including other parents. My son, who has only been there a short time is loved by all and loves his outdoor car and being around other babies.
Thank you smart kids for being a home to them.

Great staff! The kindness shown to me and my daughter when enrolling my grandchildren was refreshing! I love the positive energy and the boys finally like going to spend the day with their friends!

Miss βOβ and Miss Lucy are the absolutely best! They care for our children like they are their own! The fact that I donβt have a worry in the world when my little one is under their care means so much for me as a parent. The office team is amazing and always willing to work with you on anything.
