The Energy is totally different here! I am pleased with the genuine care, love, and respect the staff have shown since the beginning! It has been almost a month attending here (A breath of fresh air). My child is not just a number or a seat filler here. The staff takes pride in teaching and the best part is being updated throughout the day of the learning modules, activities, and pictures provided. Onboarding was bit of a hassle due to paperwork ( normal enrollment process) However, the director moved swiftly and effectively to ensure a smooth transition for myself and my child! I am pleased and look forward to the continued success of my child at Smart Kids Stream Academy.

It can be hard to trust online daycare reviews but trust me on this one!! I found this daycare through a simple Google search so I have no prior affiliation to this daycare. However, this daycare has been such a blessing to me and my family. I found this daycare after experiencing a terrible incident at another franchise daycare not too far from this one. When I explained my concerns to the staff, they assured me that nothing like that would ever happen at the center and they were right! They pay such close attention to my child’s needs and deliver five star care. I get updates and pictures all throughout the day, which I absolutely love! Sometimes I send them to grandparents, so that they can be reassured that they are receiving good care as well. The class size is here aren’t overwhelming and the ratio is always in accordance with the state regulations. The children are very active here. There’s never been a day where I haven’t seen them try something new and something that is educational. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is on the hunt.

I debated on leaving a review for a few weeks but I feel like ALL parents deserve to have an honest review. I took my son out of this daycare after almost a month of him being there. I did not feel like he was taken care of properly on occasion. I would come to pick him up and he would be left unsupervised on top of a kids table in a baby chair (sometimes alone, sometimes next to another baby). My son was given food without my permission at 5 months, I had filled out all of the paperwork stating he was strictly breastfed & I did not want him having any snacks/meals from the center. This was disregarded. Some staff members seemed very nice and friendly while others could be cold and unwelcoming at times which was hard for me to imagine how they would treat other kids in the center at high stress times. My son would also be sent home with AT LEAST one dirty outfit a day due to “blowouts” which hardly ever happens when he is at home so I did not feel like he was being changed often enough. After addressing all of my concerns with the head director (I believe) I feel like there will be a change with how staff treats parents and kids but keeping my son here was no longer an option for me.

The caregivers and teachers are very attentive and supportive. Administrators are extremely helpful and great at communicating with you about your little one. My son absolutely loves this place!

Staff is very caring & friendly, our baby has been in daycare for about 2 years, she love the challenge of learning something new. The Daycare is clean, my baby said the food is good also
