2024 Review. I am incredibly impressed with Spring Forest Rd Kindercare in Raleigh! The staff is exceptional—very kind, professional, and attentive. It's clear that they genuinely enjoy working with each other as well as with the children. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, creating a positive environment where both the teachers and the children thrive. I’m grateful for the care and attention my child receives and highly recommend this daycare to other parents looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their little ones.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! If I could give negative stars for a completely negative experience I would!!! If you have any other options of places to send your kids please send them elsewhere especially if your child is autistic or has special needs! There are teachers in this facility that DO NOT like working with autistic children and have made that very clear! This facility only cares about money NOT your kids. They will neglect your child’s needs behind doors and smile in your face. Would never send my child back to this facility, nor would I recommend it to anyone in the future! They let my child go hungry on MULTIPLE occasions! HIDING his book bag full of his food that was sent in from home in a locked classroom closet saying that he can’t have it and FAILED to notify me that my child was going without eating and since my child is autistic and only semi verbal it was very easy for them to do it and think I wouldn’t realize it but I see his food bag come back full everyday knowing he has food issues and won’t always eat school lunch depending on what is served to him. . And then they LIED about it MULTIPLE TIMES, even to their own regional director during an INVESTIGATION in order to cover their own butts even though I have PROOF. They were letting my son starve to the point I would pick him up with dried tears on his face and his teachers telling me that it made them emotional to see him hungry like that. I even saw them pull out his bag from the closet with my own eyes and they LIED and said that never happened! Then they claimed they never even knew he had a book bag at all when it was sent EVERYDAY and we had conversations about! They just continue to lie and deceive! And they WILL LIE TO YOU! I have heard teachers SCREAMING at the top of their lungs in classrooms at small children many times. Some of the teachers do not want to do their duties as teachers and the director, Janesta, is barely ever there to handle situations that occur so the place is run by the teachers with no direction. This was not my first choice in schools but I still gave them a chance and they showed me exactly why I should NOT have chosen them to begin with. Even when I did the tour the place seemed all over the place . I asked the teacher was she the only teacher for all the kids and she said “basically”, the kids were running around and throwing things while the teacher was simply listening to the music she had on and cutting paper while the kids ran wild. This facility is unorganized, only a few there actually care about your children. Most of them only care about being on their phones. They let the big kids play on the playground with the littles KNOWING that it’s not allowed and a safety risk. But as soon as someone comes around to check they “fix” and hide everything.I have been with another KinderCare for years and didn’t have anything close to this type of experience so again do not send your child to this facility if you have other options. Send your kids to a place where they actually care cause this one DOES NOT!!!

My daughters have gone here for a little over a year and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for them.
All of their teachers are so comfortable and so personable with my girls and myself. Dr Jeff Knows every child and their parents.( which is very impressive)
Teacher appreciation is next week and the girls are so excited to give gifts to their teachers, whom they love soo much.
Dr Jeff will be very missed .

I have never put my kids in daycare until a couple of months ago. My son had a very rough transition but now he’s happier and more vocal. I express extreme gratitude to Ms Cecelia and Ms Michelle for taking care of my son. Ashlyn has been excellent as well. The registration process was easy and all questions that I have had have been answered thoroughly. It has been a pleasure also to meet Ms Moreen (sorry if I misspelled it). Thank you to all kindercare staff, you guys are greatly appreciated.

Myself and my wife are new parents and new to childcare in the United States. We toured some of childcare centers is in North Raleigh and Cary before finally finding KinderCare on Spring Forest.
We are happy with the patience and accommodations of the teachers and Mrs. Ashlyn. We are having a great experience with the KinderCare system and office team.
We strongly recommend!
