Very negative experience at this facility. Awful transition into childcare for my children. Not highly educated staff, not sure if anyone has early childhood education. Understaffed and always cleaning or not paying attention to children while we were there. Unorganized and was asked on a Friday afternoon for paperwork for my children to continue care on Monday morning, with no previous ask for these forms. Was asked to come monitor one of my kids during nap and then was told I had to leave with her with no warning and all care would end at 1230pm before nap time, but still expected us to continue full payment. During the hour long monitoring, my daughter never once showed violence like they had stated. Never in her life has she shown violence. The teacher was repeatedly putting my almost 3 year old on a cot and trying to forcibly hold and rock her as she screamed no. The owner, and all other staff thought this was acceptable treatment and my child was the problem. My child has a speech delay and has been in treatment for it for almost a year. They were obviously unequipped to handle children with a delay like they so overly advertised and like to state how the owner has a mental health background. Although I only saw a bachelors in psychology.
