St. Gerard Preschool and Childcare

St. Gerard preschool exceeded my expectations for education for my children. From the moment I walked into the school and spoke with the staff, I just knew it was going to be a great fit for my family. I could feel the care, passion and professionalism from the teachers- which gave me a sense of calm knowing my 3/4 year old would be in trusting and capable hands. The program has such a wonderful way of incorporating faith based learning, individual/group play and skill building activities that prepared my children to excel in kindergarten. My children have made some wonderful friends as well as I with other parents. I am forever grateful choosing St Gerard preschool and being apart of the St. Gerard family.

I have been so impressed with St. Gerard Preschool! The teachers and staff are professional, friendly, and truly seem to enjoy their jobs and my daughter is excited to get up and go to school every day. They’ve been great at communicating, especially during the ever-changing pandemic challenges, and have made sure that parents know what’s going on and have the tools needed for continuing learning at home when in-person learning isn’t possible. They also do an excellent job of balancing both academic and religious teaching, and instilling a sense of independence and responsibility in the kids.

St. Gerard Preschool was a great fit for our children! They had wonderful preschool years filled with academic, spiritual, and emotional growth. We were very impressed with the preschool staff and it is evident that they are dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate about early childhood education; working hard to create a warm and welcoming environment to its students and their families. We are so happy to be part of the St. Gerard family!

St. Gerard's Preschool staff has done a phenomenal job at keeping the parents informed and the students safe while learning in-person during the pandemic. We appreciate their dedication to providing a high quality, faithfilled preschool experience amidst the changing regulations. We have been extremely pleased with Mrs. Hyzer's ability to relate to the kids and teach our Catholic faith in the classroom!

The experience we have had here for my granddaughter's first school experience has been horrible. We have never felt welcomed and have had to incur blatant racism, bullying issues that weren't taken serious, they are homophobic and worst of all will critique everything your child does. I definitely would steer clear of this school.
