Step Ahead Child Care Academy Inc

My kiddo went to Step Ahead for over a year and I cannot stress how incredible this school is. The staff is amazing and so caring and patient with kids. So many staff members have been there for years. I was not able to find another daycare with as many tenured staff members. My daughter absolutely loved going to school here. If you have the opportunity to send your children here, I would definitely take it. Cannot recommend Step Ahead enough.

I have had two kiddos attend Step Ahead since they were each 12 weeks old and it has been the best experience. The teachers in the baby room were so comforting, kind, loving. Even as a new mom, I never questioned whether my kids were in the right place. They do all kinds of fun, educational things as the kids grow. It’s so cute hearing which classroom jobs (like line leader, announcing the weather, etc) that they do, and they send daily updates which are really helpful. Summer camp is AMAZING with special events (we planned our vacation around it), and preschool had my son entering kindergarten above grade level. We just wish they’d make a cookbook so we could copy the lunches my kids still request! :) We love Step Ahead!

My daughter has attended Step Ahead since she was 7 months old, and has just moved on to a different daycare because we moved to a different area. During her time at Step Ahead, she has come home everyday with fun and exciting stories about her day, and we have seen her grow and develop amazing language and social skills. Step Ahead makes sure that each classroom focuses on developmentally appropriate milestones, while also maximizing fun for the kids, including sensory bins, cooking activities, music, walks, and trips to the library across the street. They also go all out for summer programming (petting zoo, pony rides, music activities, bounce house, etc). Every single day the teachers there are excited, energized, and happy to be with the kids. I cannot recommend Step Ahead enough.

Our son has attended Step Ahead since he was 7 months old and we are so grateful to have found the wonderful teachers and directors here! Everyone is so caring, thoughtful, and fun. Our boy looks forward to going to school everyday, which is the ultimate 5-star review! He has learned so much and we have watched his motor skills and language skills blossom with the help of all his teachers. We are forever grateful for all the wisdom and care imparted on to him by everyone at Step Ahead.

We have been with Step ahead for approx 18 months and are so happy to have our son attend daycare here! The staff here care so much about the kids and try to create a structured learning environment. I always feel informed about what's going on with my child's care and can reach out to the teachers or directors at any time with questions or concerns. I highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the area!
