After having bad experiences with previous daycares we decided to try out Stepping Stones & I am very happy we chose them! My baby has been in their care for a year now and I haven’t had any issues. The teachers are friendly and caring. Management is very communicable even the owner is a lovely person! My baby gets excited to see all

Wonderful preschool the staff is very friendly and have done wonders for my shy little girl. She has her stubborn days but they know how to bring her out of her shell.

I don’t like to give negative reviews but after the unprofessional treatment we received I have to share. My daughter fell off a table in June and hit her head and the teacher in the room failed to call parents or document the incident. I only learned about it in passing after hours after the incident. After speaking with the director, no action was taken and after talking to other parents I decided to report the incident to the state. I hadn't heard anything since then. The center had an unannounced visit this past Wednesday (9/13). Thursday (9/14), a letter was drafted to us that told us that our final day would be Friday. We didn’t get that letter until my husband was walking out the door Friday at 5:00pm (9/15) without a single word. She handed him the note as he was leaving and then walked back down the hallway. When confronted the director lied to us. It was hugely unprofessional, she didn’t sit us down to have a conversation, didn’t give us any notice at all, and refused to take any responsibility for the teacher who failed to do her job. Raquel Shaw is the director and to say I’m disappointed in the way she handled things would be an understatement.
