Enrolled my 2 year old in what was supposed to be a potty training class took them 2 months to actually start. Broad the attention to the board of directors where the director ended up firing his beloved teacher. Hired a new one who was amazing at first we raised over $510 in fundraising, and when personally asked by the director to please help sell the rest because the payment date had passed and her other parents owed a total of $2,100+ we did. Was told we were paid up until May and appreciated parents like us paying on time and going above and beyond. She also added the video watching app, which we also paid for, but when it was brought to her attention about my son being sent home in diapers when we had pullups up there and I saw the teacher pick my child up and put him on a diaper changing table and didnt have him try to potty. She asked the teacher who's response was he didnt want to potty. She didnt even try I watched the whole potty time. So we removed him on April 18th mind you we were paid up to May. I'm a property manager and his father started a new job. Instead of calling us to check on our son. She just charged us 711.50 plus lates for the month of may. Where as in the past she would call if he missed 2 days. She purposely was stacking up our balance I'm sure due to the negligence of her other parents not paying and knew we had the money. I will not be referring another parent or kid. My son went backwards, started talking less and didnt learn how to potty. Was getting bit and starting biting. The lack of supervision and evaluations is ridiculous. She never gave us a tour and didnt show us how to sign him in. And anybody is allowed to walk through those doors. Since I live so close for a month in a half i would hear the alarm going off every day between 2- 5am only to have her say it was a faulty alarm. Needless to say were not in the best of bossier and I didnt trust someone not breaking in and hiding out. So I didnt risk putting my child in danger anymore. Also the police stopped showing up because the alarm went off almost every day!!! At first we were told we needed to pay, then were told that we had to pay for one week due to us not personally calling and withdrawing him, now that his father showed up we all of sudden have a 0 balance. The director is there for the money not the kids.
