Storyland Preschool-Childcare

We are so grateful our son is at Storyland! The teachers go above and beyond at this school and our baby is so well cared for. He is smiling when we drop him off and happy when we pick him up. The staff has great communication and you can tell the teachers take pride in what they do. We truly appreciate this wonderful school!

Storyland has been a part of my life since 2004 when my oldest was a baby. They took such wonderful care of him and I loved the feeling of the school so much that I decided to go work there. My other two also started in the baby room and went all the way up to kindergarten. I loved so many little ones in my time there and still keep in touch with many of their families. Storyland places the safety of the children at the top of their list of importance, right next to Texas Minimum Standards. They provide an amazing curriculum, good healthy food, and so much love. The playgrounds have lots of variety as do the classrooms. Is it always perfect? No, but I challenge you to find center that is. Storyland almost always has a waitlist without advertising and there’s a reason. Every single teacher from the owner all the way down to the newest hire will love your babies like their own (because they are).

This was the first daycare that one of my children have been to that they don't have diaper rashes. Everywhere I took my boys to they always did. My daughter goes here and never has had one. They have nice play areas for kids. The staff is nice. The office is nice. They fix my girls hair so cute! I come in at different times they are reading to them, singing with them, or playing with them. I wished I had taken my boys here.

My son started as a baby and other than misinforming me about the availability of his sensitive formula, we loved the day care. However, when he moved up to the toddler class he was repetitively bit by the same kid. so much that the month we pulled him out, he was bit more days than not. they refused to work with us on the issue. they had no course of action when my son was bit by the same child 3 times in one day. there excuse was always that the teacher couldn't stop the kid when she was changing the others. I asked if they could have extra help during that time, they refused. I asked if he could go back down a class until the other child moved up, they refused. Any effort I made to discuss or better the situation, they had no interest in solving it. The building is nice and secure and the baby class was great, but they failed to do their main job, protect my child.

My granddaughter goes to this daycare and she always has diaper rash its so bad that a few times it was bleeding this really upsets me .you all need to start taking better care of my granddaughter the way daycares are paid to do. change her diaper more often because some children are very sensitive and my granddaughter is one of them.
