We feel so thankful to have found care for our son with Sugarland! I feel like he is with family for the day rather than in childcare. He is always excited when its time to go to daycare and I have peace of mind while he's there. I appreciate the level of care and communication as well as the ways they have helped our son learn and grow. He is regularly showing us new things we didn't teach him! Sugarland is wonderful and has been a gift to our family in so many ways.

Sugarland is an amazing place. Our daughter has been going there since she was 6 months old and Sugarland has been nothing but wonderful for the year and a half since. Our daughter loves everyone there and it’s been a great relief to two working parents that she is happy and well cared for there. We have referred multiple families to Sugarland without hesitation. We researched other daycares in the area and Sugarland was the obvious choice for our little family. They are loving, gracious, and all around fantastic.

We love Sugarland! We were referred to this daycare when our baby was about 8 months old. Alex spent over an hour showing us the daycare, talking about the philosophy they use to take care of the kids, and answering our questions. Since we started going, Angie and Alex have been amazing with our little guy. Their experience is helping him develop skills faster and with more confidence, as well as helping us (first time parents!) learn how we can help our little one learn. I have referred families to Sugarland and will continue to do so. This is an amazing place and we are lucky to have Angie and Alex in our lives.

Good quality childcare you can count on is hard to find. We are so thankful for Sugarland! They have taken wonderful care of our boys the past two years. Our boys come home happy to talk about their day and knowing they have fun brings us so much peace. We highly recommend Sugarland to families seeking care.

Made the grave mistake of trusting this mother daughter duo with our baby boy for 2 whole months!! To think of how our boy must have been treated here is definitely difficult. The last straw was when we were sent a photo of our boy which looked like he had broken out into a rash. Only to be told by 5 different doctors - 2 different hospitals and several nurses that what he had going on was called petechiae- bleeding under the skin caused by trauma. All around his mouth area. Of course we still had to get an allergy specialist opinion only to be informed that he was absolutely not experiencing an allergic reaction. When we informed the daycare of the situation they stated he had only cried for 30 minutes that day. Only 30 minutes!!? Which also made us realize that our sweet boy was not being comforted in any way. Great acting skills considering we chose them thinking that they were compassionate. But who says that!? Your baby only cried for 30 mins. What was the usual if they considered that "only" Of course the doctor at mary Bridge strongly advised we don't take our son back to this daycare which we absolutely agreed with at this point. We were also reminded that daycares should be licensed especially for accountability reasons. Which we definitely blame ourselves for giving them the benefit of the doubt and believing their story on why they were not licensed - apparently they had to get some kind of no contact order against a member of child care licensing. could have been a real story or completely fabricated. Thinking back of all the instances and excuses of why he had a huge scratch around his genitalia makes us sick to our stomachs. Some story about how he tore at himself when having his diaper changed and we idiotically believed it. It took me a couple of months to leave this review because i absolutely blamed myself for trusting them but they must be held accountable. If we don't advocate for our kids who will.. The photo that was sent to us of our poor boy the last day he ever stepped foot in that place. You mean to tell me all of these different medical professionals jumped to conclusions- this was a collective response by MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS very adamant that we never take our child back to this place. When looking at this photo, What would you think. With scratches all over. How does something so unfathomable happen in your guys care? And your response was oh he had a good day, only cried for 30 mins?! Who let's a baby cry for that long. Was there literally no attempt to even console him? He looks tortured in this photo that was taken in your home!
