Sunny Day Care

My daughter started Sunny Day Care a little over a year ago and I could not be more happy with the choice of putting her there. As this was our first ever daycare experience, Tahira did a great job by calming my nerves with her constant communication. She sends daily photos which keeps parents involved in the day-to-day activities and her team is super attentive/nurturing. From the minute my daughter arrives to the moment she leaves, she is well taken care of. My daughter has grown so much and made many friends (including teacher Liz, whom she adores!). I highly recommend Sunny Daycare, you will not regret it!

I have been looking for several day cares around the area. Finally, I found the Sunny Day Care for my one year old child. Ms. Tahira and all the staff are friendly and caring. My child loves to come to the day care every day. They provide all the meals for the day too. Highly recommend!

We ended our care with Tahira after just over a month because they lied about feeding my 5 month old baby solids (bananas) before our pediatrician OK’d it. Not only that, they lied to us about it after I changed my baby’s diaper with proof. Her husband joined in on our parent meeting that I initiated and tried to gaslight me saying I was overly demanding. I reported it to licensing. Not OK.

We were very lucky to find Sunny daycare for our 18 month old, when we did. This was the first daycare that my toddler went to, and as a first time parent, I was inevitably very nervous about the transition. We were so relieved after meeting Tahira, she was so comforting and reassuring and the transition went very smoothly. It was very evident from the beginning that she has a tremendous amount of childcare knowledge and experience. Communication was very clear and we regularly got updates at appropriate intervals. I truly felt like my son got love and care like he would get with a family member at this daycare, from Tahira as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommend Sunny daycare for your child.

Tahira and the staff at Sunny Daycare have taken such good care of our 1.5 year old toddler. They have given him so much love and comfort that we have felt that he’s going to a second home rather than a daycare. Tahira has always been very communicative with us, informing us promptly about any changes or needs our son has had, and has always respected our wishes and been open to work with us. I appreciate the flexibility in when we drop and pick him up, and they have succeeded in making the space feel safe and welcoming for the kids. Would highly recommend Sunny Daycare to anyone looking for a loving day care for their little one!
