Absolutely the Worst Daycare Experience – A Warning to All Parents As someone who’s seen the inside of KinderCare firsthand, I cannot stress this enough: do NOT bring your children here. The management is shockingly disorganized, completely unprofessional, and downright neglectful. The director is rude, aggressive, and makes the entire place feel hostile both for staff and the children. I’ve personally witnessed unacceptable behavior from staff toward kids, including harsh handling and shouting. There’s absolutely no warmth or care in how the children are treated. If you’re looking for a place where your child will feel safe, supported, or respected this is not it. If anything, it feels like a place that would emotionally and mentally drain your child rather than help them grow. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone’s kids. Take this as a serious warning: if you care even slightly about your child’s well-being, stay far, far away from this KinderCare.

We searched for several daycares before settling on this one because it was conveniently located near our workplace. However, our experience was not as positive as we had anticipated. Within a week of enrolling our daughter, we observed several concerning issues: 1. On different days, both my wife and I witnessed teachers talking to each other while several children were crying. It seemed as if the teachers were ignoring the children’s cries. 2. My daughter consistently expressed fear of going to kinderCare and would cry a lot when she heard about kindercare. We are unsure why she felt this way. 3. In contrast, when we enrolled her in a different daycare within one week, she felt much better and even liked the teachers there. Overall, our experience at this daycare was not as positive as we had hoped.

Our daughter has been attending Sunnyvale KinderCare for the past 10 months, and we have been very pleased with the care she has received. The center has many experienced teachers who are adept at handling different stages of child development, and their professionalism is outstanding. They always have a variety of activities for the kids, especially during the summer. Highly recommend!

This is an incredible daycare facility that our family was lucky enough to be a part of. We moved out of the area and sadly had to leave, but I wanted to share my experience in case it helps others when deciding a facility for their child. KinderCare Sunnyvale treats everyone as if they're family. I had two of my kids attend this location and every day they went above and beyond my expectations. Each teacher truly cares about their students and the center director, Ms. Mandy, is an incredible leader. She is front and center every morning during drop off and every afternoon during pick-up. She is always available to chat and responsive to needs. I always felt confident that my children were in the best of hands - it's a clean, friendly and welcoming environment. I have toured several other facilities and have had my kids at others since we've moved and nothing compares to Sunnyvale KinderCare. I am truly envious of anyone who is able to attend there.

My son has been attending Sunnyvale Kindercare since he was 6 months old (he is now 4.5). We've stayed at this center for so long because of the brilliant, dedicated, passionate and warm teachers and leaders that my son has had the pleasure of getting to know. I've appreciated how many of the teachers have taken the time to truly create memorable learning moments, experiences, celebrations and FUN for my kiddo. My son will be transitioning to elementary school this Summer and we will miss Ms. Mandy, Ms. Melodie, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Cheryl, and especially Ms. Sue! I recommend this Kindercare because of the incredible people. Thank you Sunnyvale, Kindercare!
