Our experience at Sunrise has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this is a place where children are cherished and their growth is prioritized. The dedicated staff at Sunrise are not only highly qualified but also incredibly warm and nurturing. Melissa, Nick and Julie all create a vibrant, engaging environment that stimulates curiosity and creativity. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to balance educational content with play, ensuring that each child develops a love for learning while having fun. The emphasis on social skills, emotional development, and individual growth is evident in everything they do. The teachers provide personalized attention, making sure each child’s unique needs and interests are addressed and our child has flourished under their care,. The facilities have plenty of space for both structured activities and free play. We particularly appreciate the variety of activities offered—from art and dance class to outdoor exploration—that keep our child engaged and enthusiastic about coming to school. Communication with parents is open and transparent, and we always feel informed about our child’s progress and any upcoming events. It’s clear that Sunrise values building strong partnerships with families, which has made the preschool experience even more rewarding for us. Overall, Sunrise has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are grateful for the positive impact it has had on our child's early education and can’t recommend it highly enough. Our daughter has attended Sunrise for 3 years and it’s hard to put into words how much Sunrise has meant to us. At every opportunity they go above and beyond. When I drop our daughter off I truly feel like she is being looked after by a family member. The curriculum has been great and our daughter always comes home sharing facts from the theme they are learning about (bears and batts, fairy tales, artists, etc) Melissa makes each class feel like a big family and it has been such a pleasure to be a part of this. In addition to our daughter feeling like Sunrise is a second home, they are rarely closed compared to other preschools in the area and offer year round care which is extremely helpful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Sunrise Early Learning Center has been fantastic for my 3-year-old's preschool adventure, even though we were only in a short period! Their program is fantastic, creating a fun and supportive space for kids to learn and grow. The teacher (Melissa) and staff (Nick) are super caring and great at making learning exciting. My little one has blossomed there, making friends and getting excited about learning new things every day. I'm so impressed by how much they care about each child. Our child really started to enjoy school once coming here. The reason is the teachers. The teachers, especially Melissa, are incredibly experienced and loving of children. We saw many huge changes in our child's development and maturity at multiple stages through the year. We strongly tie and credit these changes to the teachers for their enthusiasm, care and desire to connect with the kids. For us, we wish found the school sooner. Our child attended one year, but we wish it was longer. This hidden gem of a school was absolutely magical for our child and us. All of the family will miss it.

I would recommend Sunrise to anyone, our daughter has simply loved going here. The environment is caring, Melissa and Nick do a great job with lots of activities and learning mixed with play. If you are looking for daycare in Boulder this would be my first stop!
