Let me tell you about this place. This place is like high school. People gossip about people like it’s going out of style. They will talk horrible about the parents after they drop off. Being sick here can’t happen because no matter what you gotta come in sick even if it’s on your deathbed. Kids are always sick cuz staff is sick or staff is made to bring their kids sick. The assistant director is so lazy that if she don’t wanna do something she will find someone else. If you are not in her good graces watch out you will be treated horribly. She brings her drama from outside to work which is really unprofessional. Kids are physically assaulted here and they keep the teachers and not tell the parents their kid got assaulted by a teacher.there’s more but google keeps deleting my post because what I have said before. Just be wise and be careful

My granddaughter has been coming to this daycare since she was 3 months old. The teachers have been amazing with her. When an issue arises with her and we gotta try different things with her they are more than willing to help. Ms Aussie is her teacher and she adore her. In the morning when I drop her off at the room ms crystal is there and my granddaughter lights up when she sees her.

(Sunrise Preschools is NOT a BBB Accredited Business) I dont really even know where to start. My wife used to be a daycare teacher at this location, and some of the things that go on here, need to be brought to someone's attention. Lets start off with our children being left in wet diapers for hours. Then, my wife comes home to tell me she witnessed another daycare teacher step on a childs leg. She told the director, who then did nothing. Neglect isn't the only major problem going on at this Sunrise. There were days that she was denied any kind of break, even ignored when asking for a restroom break. There is a buzzer in the classrooms, so when the teachers need something, they can buzz to the office and ask for help. Upon buzzing the office for a restroom break, no one replied. She waited, and waited. Only to hear the director and assistant director laughing with each other up in the office. After months of this kind of treatment, she finally decided to say something in a work chat, with everyone involved. Someone who had just started at the daycare, chimed in and said something nasty about one of our children, out of nowhere and completely uncalled for. It had nothing to do with the concerns my wife had brought up, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife is assertive, and respectfully asked her not to talk about our children. It was left at that in the work chat. At the end of the next day, the new employee crossed paths with my wife in the office and mumbled something under her breath. My wife asked what she had said, and again, she said something nasty about our children. My wife then asked her to focus on herself and her own children, and we would focus on ours. My wife walked to her car and left. A few weeks pass, no issues at work or online. I drive her into work one morning, only for the director to notify her that "she is under investigation due to an incident" and cannot come back to work until it is resolved. We have two children and bills to pay, so she was forced to find another job. We later on find out that she was terminated, and they refused to tell her why, or what happened. The only conclusion we have is the new employee wanted my wife's position, saw an opening, lied for it, and took it. If the director will let child neglect slide, she would let something like this slide too. I feel this way because the new employee was placed into my wife's old classroom. I wouldn't want to bring my children back into the parking lot of this place, let alone leave them alone here all day again. This place has actually scarred us from trusting another daycare with our children again. PLEASE DO NOT trust this place for the good your baby. I will be making a report to DCS regarding the neglect we've witnessed and documented.
