The new childcare policies are making it so much easier to get to the gym! I’ve actually felt like I can go a lot more often now. The childcare ladies are wonderful and my kids love coming there.

My teenage son joined Superior Aquatics after having a poor experience with another local swim team. The difference has been amazing. The coaches are indescribably knowledgeable and kind. My son said he learned more in a week here than he had in the previous year. He is so excited to swim every day now. And I'm having a great time working out at my new gym while he swims, a double win!

It was great!
The irst day after a LONG break. Went in planning to get on a cycle bike and take a long easy ride. It didn’t happen like that, but what happened was SO GOOD! Cycle class was starting in 20 min. When Leah came in I knew she was probably subbing. I was happily surprised. Told her I was glad it was her. I stayed for class. It was a fabulous first workout!

Lots of options from free weights to classes, pool and racquetball. Prices are steep, especially for a guest pass, almost $16 to bring a family guest for the day, that’s about half the cost of a monthly pass which gouges the loyal member that wants to bring a friend or family guest on occasion. Superior could definitely do a better job with their pricing!

Really nice gym!
Only problem is the dumbell racks are perpendicular to the mirrors and benches. When you lift heavy you have to walk them very awkwardly up to 30 feet to your bench. I think it is a good way to put your back out of place or possibly get hurt in another way. It would also be nice to have some fans to move the air a little better. It is air conditioned however!
