Sweet Kiddles flexible childcare center - University Circle, Cleveland

I’ve been with Sweet Kiddles at the University Circle location for a year now, and I couldn’t be happier. Both of my sons attend this center, and the experience has been wonderful. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, the curriculum is engaging and enriching, and the staff is warm, professional, and truly caring. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do. I feel confident every day knowing my children are in such a safe, supportive, and educational environment! Also. Whitney* is the best!

We’ve been taking our daughter here for 2 years and have loved our time so far! The teachers are amazing, kind and care so much for their kiddos. The management is great as well- so approachable and responsive!! I also love their flexibility- I’m able to get the times I need, able to take a week vacation and not feel like I’m losing out on paying for daycare (only pay weekly for what you need, can make reservations in a advance to hold spots). Couldn’t be happier :)

My daughter has been going here for a year now since she was a baby. The staff treats and loves her like their own. Any question or concern I have ever brought up as a first time mom anxious to leave her baby has been resolved immediately. So thankful for their love and care as they have become extended parts of our family.

Do not take your children here. State and CPS have had to be called multiple times for cases of mistreatment, abuse and law-breaking at this location. Staff are not treated well by management, specifically Whittney, the director, who ignores harmful situations involving the children. Your child will be safer anywhere else but here.

Every staff member I have interacted with has been so warm and kind. Because of the incredible staff my daughter was using sign language at 6 months old and every age since then has suprised us with skills we did not teach her at home. She is also just so happy to be there each day. We are so happy with the care we receive at Sweet Kiddles and feel good leaving her there while we go to work. Highly recommend.
