Our Finley loves coming here! The staff is very friendly and attentive to all the dogs. He has so much fun, he comes home pooped!

If you see me dropping my dog off. I am the one dragging her out of my vehicle. Oh yes, she acts like a toddler being dropped off at daycare. But don't mind that. Once she is in the back, she has a great time. I love the activities that are being done. From photo shoots to art projects to mental and physical challenges. They truly care for your pet. I have done daycare, overnight sleepovers, and pawicure. There are days I pick her up, and she comes out and sees me and tries to go back inside. Other days, she is ready to leave, but she is a sleep in my truck 5 minutes after leaving. I live in the Stevens Point area and work near here one day a week. They have been super accommodating to my various schedule changes.

I took my puppy to this location a few times over the summer and fall after I got him. However, I was never treated like we were welcome at this location. I started to wonder if my puppy was just not well liked so I started to ask how he did while he was there and if everything was ok. All I ever got in response was he was fine and then ignored and hurried out the door. The last time I went I had checked on the camera to find he was nowhere in sight all day long. I finally called to make sure he hadn’t escaped. I was told he was moved into the large dog area instead because he played too much. He is only 12 lbs. I was never notified or asked about this. This is too dangerous for a small puppy to be with rambunctious large dogs. This was unacceptable and irresponsible for staff.
Staff doesn’t seem to care about the wellbeing of the dogs if they aren’t a staff favorite which is evident by the photos posted of repeated favorites. Not one photo ever existed of mine.
I would love for this to have been a good situation since it’s so close to home but I gave it multiple chances and it wasn’t positive for a single one.

Boarded my toy dog for a two night stay. Instructed them to feed her alone and was told she ate all of her food, including that morning's breakfast, but she was ravenous when I picked her up in the AM. I hate being lied to. In addition, she smelled awful.
I had intended to let her play there for awhile but when I checked the video feed there were numerous large dogs in the small dog area; way too many large dogs to be explained as elderly. So I rushed to get her. I have days left on my prepaid daycare account but will not be using this facility again.

Tailwaggers-Little Chute has been my Doggie Daycare and Boarding option of choice since they opened. All 3 of my doodle have stayed, played and been groomed at Tailwaggers. The Packleaders really take an interest in my dogs and treat them like their own. It is not uncommon for my boys to have a PL snuggle with them and read a story to them at night. All I need to say is “Do you want to go to Tailwaggers?’ And they are at the door!
