Teachable Moments Childcare

We sent our son to Teachable Moments when he was just nine months old. The teachers loved him so much. Aaron, Saddiyah, Stephanie, Ameerah and Dana took care of him. They are very flexible and co-operative. The children use the outdoor in summer. They also provide healthy meals to the kids.

My child Namir was here from 9 month age. He formed an excellent bond with the teachers and friends. They keep the child for 10 hours if required, gives parents more flexibility with drop off and pick up time. In my almost 2 year experience with Teachable moments, did not face any concern as a parent. They do not bug the parents too often. They have nicely organized their small indoor and outdoor space and maintain safety and hygeine protocols. They provide food cooked in their kitchen without any added cost. Parents do not have to pack lunch. The teachers are cordial and attends each childs individual needs. My son liked to be hold and they would hold him to comfort. Ms Amira is like family to him.

Teachable Moments has been absolutely amazing to my family and I. We moved to Philadelphia knowing no one. I really believed it would be hard to find a daycare that was in a good area with faculty that cared. However, Teachable Moments was amazing from the moment they opened the door. They eased all my anxieties as a first time mom and I couldn’t be more grateful. My daughter is thriving and I’m so appreciative.

I love Teachable moments, my son is a dragonfly and is in his transition to be a lady bug, all of the staff loves on my baby, he's taken care of and they really look out for the parents. They will figuratively and literally meet you half way with your child(ren). Small and close nit like a family 💜
