We have been sending our daughter to this daycare since she was 1 year old, and now, as she approaches 3, we couldn't be happier with our experience. From day one, Luz and Chris have provided a warm, nurturing, and enriching environment that has helped our daughter thrive in every way. One of the things we love most is the emphasis on home-cooked meals. It’s comforting to know she’s eating nutritious, well-balanced meals every day. Beyond that, the daycare fosters excellent manners, teaching the kids responsibility, such as cleaning up after themselves—an invaluable skill that has carried over into our home life. Another wonderful aspect is the mixed-age exposure, allowing our daughter to learn from older kids while also becoming a role model for younger ones. In addition, she has picked up Spanish naturally through daily interactions, which is incredible considering neither of us speak the language! Luz and Chris truly go above and beyond. Luz takes the time to style our daughter’s hair in the cutest ways each day, a small but thoughtful gesture that reassures us she is loved and cared for. Most importantly, we’ve never had a single issue or complaint in the entire two years we’ve been with them—something that speaks volumes about their dedication and passion for what they do. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be safe, well-fed, well-mannered, and truly loved, we can’t recommend this place enough. Luz and Chris have been a blessing to our family, and we are so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our daughter’s early years!

Our son has spent the last two years in the most loving care at Teddy Bears. He eats nutritious foods, he is loved and cared for, and he learns so much and the place is CLEAN! Chris and Luz are the absolute best. I highly recommend sending your babies here.

Our experience with Luz, Chris and Flor was simply the best. We could not have imagined a more ideal place for our daughter to have spent her time from the ages of 8 months - 16 months. With a recent out of state move, we were truly saddened to say goodbye to the most incredible caregivers and nurturing envirornment that we knew she had. It was evident from the start that our daughter enjoyed her days at Teddy Bears Daycare and that she was cared for and about by her teachers and peers. Luz and Chris provided a level of assurance for her safety and wellbeing each and every day. This in tune gave us the peace of mind that we had hoped for. We could also tell that she had fun and learned a lot while in their care. On a number of occasions, she would show us this by way of a new word to her vocabulary and in the recognition of classic songs. A hesitation that I initially had was of the mixed ages of the children in their care - as a possible deterent to attention or activities. However, this hesistation very quickly became that of a positive feature for all. Our daughter thrived in spending time with those somewhat older as well as younger. She learned and watched those older than her and (I believe!) she took a care and learned how to be gentle with those smaller than her, which has been a huge help with baby cousins that she now spends more time with. Our family highly recommends Teddy Bears Daycare to anyone looking for childcare in Medford. We are so thankful and fortunate to have found them and to have put our young daughter in their care!

The very best daycare! Our daughter spent a year with Luz and Chris starting when she was 6 months old. We were nervous to leave her as first time parents, but they took amazing care of her. They prepare fresh and varied meals, arts and crafts, lessons in Spanish, good hygiene focus, and a lot of love! Our daughter made great friends and adored Luz and Chris. We only left because we moved out of state and miss them so much!

Safety is paramount here and I always left drop-off with the peace of mind of knowing my daughter was in good hands. The love and care shown to my daughter during her 2 years with Teddy Bears created a sense of belonging and made it feel like Chris and Luz were an extended part of our own family, I know my daughter feels they are.
