My grandson Sammad has learned so much from attending your school. He loves his teachers and he enjoys coming to school everyday. And I make it my duty to document these moments. Thank you Tender Hearts for all the memories.

PLEASE READ MY LONG REVIEW, ITS WORTH IT. 🩵🩵🩵🩵 As a first time mother, I've searched thoroughly for a daycare in Philly & even went searching as far as outside of Philly to find the right daycare to put my son in because my biggest fear was my son experiencing the horrid stories I've heard about other daycares. & knowing me ill flip the world upside down for mine. Choosing Tenderhearts Childcare Academy Daycare was the best choice ive made so far because during my interview, the director was professional, clear on what their goals & standards are for ALL the children of different ages & they are CLEAN. Because of how the building is set up (because it used to be an event hall before the daycare was in business) they have the actual space to exceed the children's needs academically & more than enough space for the lunch lady to serve the kids efficiently & store foods. I like how its enough space for each age group to learn in their own space & i like how the babies get their own classroom for privacy/learning/playing/*ect. When i drop off my son, the workers are pleasant & respectful and never in a bad mood. When i pick up my son, im always given an update on how my child was for the day additional to throughout the day there is an app they have you download where they consistently update when your child ate, potty, napped & they also include photos & videos throughout the day that you can view/save to assure your child is okay. I feel like not many daycares do that & i love that. When my son comes home he is never aggy, irritated or withdrawn like as if hes scared when he sees me. Hes always a happy camper if he isnt cranky prior to being dropped off aside from what im already aware of. & during my pregnancy, the workers would always speak to me whenever i seen them & prior to me not even having a child before being pregnant i never heard any bad reviews word of mouth so picking this place was God sent. I seen photos of the daycare on social media are awesome. The kids look like they have so much fun & i see they do plenty of educational trips & outside activities when it gets nice. Im very satisfied & i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for children. PS: Do your research before listening to others, i had a neighbor try to deter me from this place & tried to refer me to a daycare in philly that ended up on no gun zone. Im glad i dodged the bullet and came to Tenderhearts. 🩵🩵🩵🩵

My son attends the after school program and also summer camp. This facility is the best in the city. My son learns a lot and enjoys being there. He always talk about how much he loves the staff. The staff is very professional and you can tell how much each of them loves interacting with the children. I know that I made a great choice!

Tender Hearts Childcare Academy is a hidden gem nestled in the heart if West Philadelphia. It offers a clean, spacious, organized facility which strategically places the children in an age appropriate setting. It also has a host of rooms which cater to multiple activities, quiet rooms , outdoor gardening and most importantly a learning environment ! They participate in various community outing to local playgrounds , museums bowling etc. The staff are caring and nurturing and very professional at what they do . I highly recommend this facility.

I have family that are enrolled in Tender Hearts Childcare Academy and I am sooo impressed with the daycare. They are kind, caring and want the best for their kids. They are excellent with teaching the kids and other activities. I love the space and the decor 🥰.
