We are thrilled with the directors, educators and support staff at The Children's Center. It is a wonderful preschool with a curriculum that considers the whole child. My daughter is flourishing there. We've experienced four daycares and preschools in the Asheville area and this is by far our favorite.

I had a tough go waiting on the wait list under different management. The new director is much more responsive and engaging. Our two children have been with The Children’s Center (formerly called Children’s Center at Gracelyn) for over 6 months. The warmth and care they receive is excellent. They are also committed to enhancing curriculums and keeping a robust program for children’s learning. Also, most of the teachers have been there for over 5 years, several for 15+ years. I really appreciate this special place.

Wow, if I could leave zero stars I would. Don't bother calling this place to inquire about availability, because they will go out of their way to make you feel stupid for even asking! The worst customer service in town. Thumbs down, would not recommend.

Been on a wait list here for 6 months, was basically laughed at when I called to check to see where we were on the list. Rude, short, arrogant. Don't bother.
