The Children's Courtyard of Concord

My husband and I toured the preschool earlier this week, and from the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Brooke and Ms. Kristen. They were both incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. We were there to check out the infant room for our 5-month-old son, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. As we walked through the facility, Ms. Brooke took the time to introduce us not only to the staff, but also made sure to introduce our son to the school community—which was such a thoughtful touch. Every staff member greeted him with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Even at just 5 months old, he seemed so alert and happy to be there—it was amazing to see him light up! We left feeling confident and excited about the possibility of having our son in their care. The atmosphere was nurturing, professional, and full of heart. Highly recommend!

My son has been going here a little over a year and a half, and my biggest thing that I’m so thankful for is that he’s actually had the same teachers consistently the past 10months since moving into his new class after turning 3. Mrs.Indurani and Mrs.Belinda are great teachers and they are patient with my son who is nonverbal. I feel every other daycare we’ve tried (which was 3 in a 6 month timeframe due to I’m not settling when it comes to my child’s care😊) has always had teachers swapped in and out and I never could get to know the teacher. So that means a lot, also having access to see my son on cameras literally all day! That was also a must for me. But they do have a few things I wish could magically be fixed, but other than that it’s a good place.

Two of my kids went to Children's Courtyard from starting age 6 months - 5 years and it’s a Excellent Daycare, Director Kristen Fortin is Exceptional, she really understands the worries of each & every parent and always give importance to children safety, their activities (they are growing with good manners & everyday they should learn something new academic things too) and no doubt its always maintain very clean, sanitary condition, whether its inside the school or playground everything is superbly maintained, I just wanted take a movement to say a big Thank You to Miss Kristen and her fabulous staff too (GOD Bless You – keep shinning like this )

I have nothing but good things to say about this location, sending my daughter here was like having her visit her extended family. We transferred to this center from another daycare and I wish we could have started with The Childrens Courtyard from the beginning of our daycare journey. The center is a direct reflection of their director who is kind, bubbly, and is always involved. I love how the staff greets your child, I love the quality of love, care, and comfort provided, I love the activities and events hosted, and I loved loved loved our 3 years being at this location where my daughter has made some lifelong connections. I’m so appreciative and thankful for the care my daughter received. The only reason we’re no longer here is due to relocation, but I wish my daughter could’ve stayed here until she was kicked out for being too old.

My daughter attended this daycare for over a year and the only reason she doesn't anymore is because we moved. She started off in the baby room and was cared for wonderfully. The teachers were great with her and I never had any concerns. She then went to the toddler room with Ms. Melissa and Ms. Courtneay. I can not express how much our family appreciated these two teachers. They were so loving to our daughter and did a great job communicating with us about her care. My husband and I were able to go to work and know she was having a great time at daycare and was safe. I watched them handle difficult children's behaviors and I never saw them get upset or respond inappropriately. I also loved talking to the director, Kristen. All the staff was so kind and they know all the children by name. I was extremely sad to leave and would recommend it to everyone! It's a safe and loving environment.
