The Children's Workshop On Grant Avenue

We are huge fans of Kathy and the staff at The Children's Workshop! Our daughter is currently enrolled and our son was enrolled in 2011 until his graduation to kindergarten. Kathy and her staff are always very friendly, fair and honest. Our children always come home with fun stories from their day of activities and learning. The teachers are very attentive to our children and care for them as their own. The tuition is reasonable (I have colleagues who pay much more) and Kathy is very flexible when it comes to scheduling for vacations, trips, etc... Whether it's the Holiday Program, Children's Art Fair, Parent's Night Out, Graduation, etc... our children loved all of the fun activities and programs. Big brother always looks forward to a chance to pick up his sister and visit with Miss Kathy! Kathy and staff are very approachable and are open to any requests we may have. The Children's Workshop is a very safe, fun and educational environment and we would highly recommend it to any of our friends, family or other parents looking for great child care!

The Children’s Workshop was such a great experience our daughter. She started in the toddler room when she was two and went all the way until she was 6 through the Alley Cat program. The staff were all amazing and treated our daughter with love and respect. They helped her come out of her shell and gain confidence. It was amazing to see her transform from being shy and timid to someone who now has confidence to chat with her friends and teachers. Ms. Kat and the staff were all amazing. Our daughter started kindergarten this year and had a very smooth transition thanks in large part to the Children’s Workshop. She still talks about how she misses her friends and teachers from here. I can’t recommend this place enough. Such a great experience!

I have been a parent for almost 16 years, and my 5 children have experienced many daycares. This is one of the best! The staff is amazing and it is obvious they truly care for my little one. They all seem passionate about working with kiddos. My daughter has a great time and is learning so much. We love the amount of outside time, as well! CW also provides good and healthy meals, helping ensure my baby eats her rainbow each and every day. The Brightwheel app is also awesome and user friendly, and her teachers do a great job at posting on it regularly. We cannot rave enough about Children’s Workshop. We are SO happy we chose this center!

Kathy and her staff are absolutely wonderful! My husband and I took our oldest daughter there from the time she was 1 until she went to kindergarten. A couple years later, we enrolled our youngest daughter. Over the combined 8 years that we've been taking our daughters to The Children's Workshop, we have been very pleased with all of the teachers and staff. Kathy goes out of her way to make sure the kids come first. She strives to create a fun, educational, and most importantly, safe and healthy learning environment. The tuition and vacation policies are very fair, and I can say if there is ever a question or concern about the policies or practices, Kathy would be quick to respond and address it with a fair, open mind. I will continue to recommend The Children's Workshop-Grant Street to anyone seeking childcare.

Prior to enrolling my daughter in The Children's Workshop I had her in a home daycare, and I am so grateful I made the switch! She has been attending this center for almost 2 years and she is still excited to go every morning. The staff and teachers have been amazing with not only my child but with me as well. I can count on them to keep me updated about my daughter's day and have peace of mind knowing that she is somewhere safe. I can honestly say my daughter has learned so many things here but it's the staff and teachers that make this my number 1 recommendation. I will definitely be enrolling my younger daughter as well.
