The Cradle Club

We have had a wonderful experience at Cradle Club! The teachers are kind, communicative, and provide amazing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for the kids. We were nervous about switching to a daycare center after using a home daycare, but our children are thriving here.

Cradle Club has been the absolute best place for our little guy from 4 mos to now almost 2yo! We cannot wait to send our second child there as well later this year. They truly care, help establish routines, keep the children engaged, and have excellent communication. We are very pleased overall and are grateful to have found Cradle Club!

We left this center in 2021 after witnessing a staff member keeping her back toward a student in the 3 year old room and not allowing the child to go to breakfast with the other students. The child was nonverbal, crying and clearly very upset. When I asked the (visibly not calm) teacher what was happening, Her response was something like, "she knows what she did and she has to clean up." I was shocked. This child was sobbing until she was hoarse. She was isolated away from her peers. All of the adults in the room (3) turned their backs to the child. She had no one down on the floor with her. No one trying to help her get calm and regulated. If this is what the teachers are doing and saying when a parent is watching, then what are they doing when no parents are around? When I raised this to the office staff, they denied what I had just witnessed. Flat said that what the teachers were doing was totally acceptable and was in line with their rules for behavior management. The office staff raised to the owner saying I was the problem. The owner wrote a very unkind and defensive email to me without talking with me or asking for my side of the story. I requested the owner please review the video tapes from the classroom and the office which would show the incident as well as me being very calm while reporting the very troubling scene I witnessed. When I connected with other parents about this incident, I was made aware of several other troubling incidents. We immediately unenrolled. It took my daughter years to regain trust in being 'dropped off' anywhere. While this was a few years ago, I'm now realizing I never left a review. Today I saw their ad on social media which reminded me to leave this review in hopes of saving another family the pain.

Compassionate staff who genuinely care for children. Classrooms incorporate a variety of educational and fun things for children to do. Recommend this center to any parent! You can be confident your child is well taken care of!

Update: Review reduced from 5 to 1 star. This review was updated November 14, 2021. Today we decided to immediately pull our kids from this school. What used to be a great center with people who truly care, has devolved into a place we are afraid to send our kids. In the last few weeks, we have raised concerns with leadership about some very troubling situations that have occurred. Their response has been cold, and unsupportive. We are done with it. (Original review below) We have used several child care providers over the years and I have to say, cradle club is head and shoulders above all the rest. Our daughters have attended for over a year now and we have found that the people who work here truly make all the difference. The staff have always been super receptive and accommodating. Our daughter has some long term medical issues and they have worked with us on making sure she was well taken care of consistently. To summarize, you would be hard pressed to find a better daycare, cradle club is just the best! Also special shout out to Kate, she is absolutely amazing at all the things she does around the school.
