We’ve had the great fortune to be blessed with nothing but a positive experience with this daycare facility. Since joining Ms. Deloises class, our child has shone incredible progress in growth milestones and comes home happy and tired everyday.
It’s not just the teachers either. The staff that support the teachers go above and beyond to ensure your child is getting the very best while there during the day.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for your childcare needs.

Highly recommend the Dealey Center! My son's teachers, Ms. Rhoda and Ms. Herticine, are the BEST. They are SO kind and sweet with my son. They genuinely care about him and he loves them!

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. The teachers are so incredible in the infant area. Every single one of them knows my daughter and are so sweet to her. They are very caring and also make sure to spend time with her to help her develop. I just know by conversations with them that they care and know my daughter. They’re amazing!

My son has been at Dealey - Bright Horizons since he was 15 months old; this was my very first daycare experience, and I can not say enough wonderful things about the Dealey childcare team.
I was shocked by the negative reviews, but found that they are quite outdated. If you are looking for a safe place for your child, with a happy environment - this is it. Everyone at the front desk has been so kind to my son and family, and his teachers are so loving and fabulous. He loves going to school and I love watching him come home, singing songs he has learned that day, etc.
Also, they use an app called “My Bright Day” where they share photos of your child from throughout the day, in addition to notes of what they did, what they ate, when they slept, etc. Again, I couldn’t be happier with Dealey and their incredible team.

There are a lot of great teachers at this school. Unfortunately, there is a reason why this center is rated so low- the director. The director once told me that the only thing she cares about is making money. How burned out does one have to be to tell a mother that? Every conversation I have ever had with her she threw my daughter’s lead teacher under the bus. Her lack of leadership and professionalism has been shocking.
If you are considering this daycare here are my suggestions
1. Meet with the director and get a feel for yourself how she treats her employees, students and families.
2. Ask to meet not just the lead teacher, but the 2nd teacher in the class as well as the floaters (you are in for a rude awakening)
3. Ask about student:teacher ratios and dig. Be prepared for the center to stretch the ratio’s and compare this to other daycares.
4. Ask about the kids ages in the classroom. (There were 3 month olds and 13 month olds in my daughter’s room)
5. Ask about their policy for higher needs children. There were two children in my daughter’s room, who needed specialized care, unfortunately they didn’t receive it at this daycare. They were constantly hysterical when we dropped off and picked up my daughter.
6. Ask about nap time procedures, especially in infants. I would also encourage you to compare this to other daycares. Most daycares dim the lights and have set nap time hours. This daycare does not. If you visit during typical nap time hours. You will find the center in complete chaos and disarray. Some kids are desperately crying, others are playing and some are trying to get a nap in.
7. Finally ask about safety. They failed to provide me an incident report and denied me access to the video cameras after my daughter was injured.
On a positive note, I’m so thankful for my daughter’s lead teacher and a handful of other great staff members, including the regional manager. I wish the center placed higher value on safety (including cleaning procedures) and children’s well being. A good director can turn this place around, the potential is there.
