The Garabatos Learning Center and Daycare L.L.C

This daycare is absolutely amazing, my child always leaves very happy. They offer home cooked meals. Their schedule is unbeatable. The owner and staff are friendly and take time to answer questions and clear up any concerns. They are a very busy daycare and they handle it perfectly. The one time my child was sick at the daycare I was notified and asked to pick him up and take him to the doctor. I really appreciate it and now I know they do keep a close eye on the children in their care. They also have a couple of special needs children and I've been able to see first hand how they are taken care of with such care and love.

My son went to after school care at this daycare for a short time. He said the staff was nice, however, would also report that that the children there used foul language and would hit each other often. My son asked me everyday to move him to a different daycare and I did. I had already paid the month in advance and I asked the director to refund me for the weeks my son did not attend. I made several attempts and was always given an excuse when I would arrive to pick up the check. The director avoided my calls and I never received a refund.

I take my son Ezra and i was so afraid to take him to a daycare but so far so good. He loves it there so much. Every time i go pick him up hes having a snack, his bottle or playing with toys. I like how clean and attentive all his care givers are! It feels very comfortable and home like there. The ladies are so sweet and take care of my baby so well. Hes in the infant room and its so clean and love that they make him home cooked meals and they change his diaper before he goes home. Awesome place and the director/owner is AMAZING. Hands down the best Daycare in El Paso and the hours are amazing. My husband is military and i work extra early and this daycare is probably one of the only open at 5:30 AM Love it !

We’ve been at Garabatos for more than a year and I’ve had zero complaints. The teachers my girls have had so far feel like members of our family (infant, pre-toddler, and toddler teachers so far), and I genuinely feel like my girls are LOVED while they’re at school. My toddler has learned so much with Ms. Edna and Ms.Vero and they did a great job potty training her - she gets so excited to go to school every morning to see her teachers and friends. And at least once every weekend she asks to go to school to see them! The infant class teacher (Ms. Alex) always has a full breakdown of my baby’s day, and is very upfront about anything unusual she has observed (and has offered her advice on rashes, feeding, etc.. which I love because she has WAY more experience than me raising babies 🤣). Both of my girls smile so big anytime they see Ms. Alex We’ve moved around a ton over the last few years, and this is by far my favorite daycare. It is very safe and clean, everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. I couldn’t have picked a better group of women to help me raise my kids.

If i could give them zero stars i would. The only person i could give a positive review to, is the kitchen lady, she’s wonderful. If you want your kids to be constantly yelled at, to be taunted by the person that is suppose to be watching over them, by all means choose this daycare. My son had to stay for tutoring, they never had the “staff” to be able to pick him up, kinda defeats the purpose of paying a monthly service, if the daycare can’t provide that service. A week before school is set to start, this daycare decided to cut off students on their after school program, how professional of them.
