The Gardner School of Midtown- Nashville

The Gardner School - Midtown was our #1 choice for preschool for our son and we were incredibly excited when he got in. We'd had friends whose children went there and had amazing experiences so personal feedback was huge. We switched our son from another Nashville preschool and the environment is calmer. We weren't expecting that after the previous daycare where we were was slightly chaotic. The staff are all amazing and the communication (AND PICTURES!) they provide on the app are 10/10. The Gardner School has been a breath of fresh air for our son and we cannot recommend it enough!

The teachers are simply incredible. We've been at the school for about 2.5 years and our oldest has moved up through the various classrooms only to be met each time with a friendly face who knows what is best for that age. He loves going to school and talks animatedly about his days. Our youngest just started and I can already see how the socialization is impacting him in a positive way. Thrilled to be part of the TGS family!

We could not be happier at Gardner of Midtown! Our daughter has been going since she was six months old, and she is in her last year now (Pre-K)! Time flies when you’re having fun! Our daughter has made the best of friends with her classmates who have grown with her year after year, and we have formed lifelong friendships with parents of other students. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They know our names, and take an interest in our lives. They have been our extended family for almost 5 years, and we count ourselves lucky to have been a part of this wonderful community! We are so sad to leave next year, but are confident that Gardner has provided a solid foundation for our daughter to thrive in her next steps in education! I could not recommend Gardner of Midtown more!

Great teachers, intriguing curriculum, extra activities, and our daughter LOVES going to school! Even at 2 years old we noticed a big difference when she started at Gardner with increased vocabulary, better at home play, and singing!

We were able to transfer to Gardner from another well known school in Midtown about 1 year ago and I have to say I have not been happier! Every class teacher we have had with our 2 sons have been amazing and have been there for years which says a lot! The administrative staff is so kind and very accommodating and communicate so well. There are so many opportunities for extracurriculars. And they constantly have fun events going on. Each class has a learning schedule and you know exactly what your kid is learning so you can recognize their improvements each day. I think school is so important for development in the early years and you can feel safe and confident you are getting the right care with Gardner. I can’t recommend this school enough!
