The Goddard School of Atlanta (Midtown)

I wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had speaking with the Executive Director Jamie, at the Goddard School in Midtown Atlanta. As I'm relocating to the Atlanta area with my husband and three boys. I was calling around to different schools that offered programs for children 6 and up, not realizing the Goddard School primarily focus on early childhood education and childcare. While my boys are unfortunately too old for this programs (I wish they were smaller so they could attend!), Jamie was incredibly helpful. Even though they don't offer kindergarten, she went above and beyond, providing me with some really valuable information on local elementary schools in various areas around the perimeter. She really guided me in the right direction. I was so impressed by her willingness to help, especially since my children aren't even potential students. It truly speaks volumes about her dedication and the quality of the Goddard School. A huge thank you to Jamie for taking the time out of her busy day to assist me. Unwavering Support from an Exceptional Team From day one, the entire team – both the dedicated teachers who are absolutely wonderful and the supportive administrative staff – went above and beyond to help us get her settled and comfortable. Their patience, understanding, and proactive approach made a world of difference. It has been truly remarkable to witness her gaining more and more confidence over the last few weeks, a testament to the nurturing environment they've created. A special thank you goes out to Miss Kelly, whose warm cuddles and consistent reassurance that she's going to have a good day always help put a smile on her face. We're also incredibly grateful to Miss Lauren, who instinctively made our daughter her special helper during a particularly difficult morning drop-off, turning a challenging moment into a positive one. And Miss Katie often goes above and beyond by joining students for lunch, helping to ease any potential difficulties that come with mealtime transitions. Invaluable Guidance and Peace of Mind The Director Miss Jamie’s insights and practical suggestions for managing transitions at home have been invaluable, not only in helping her adjust to school but also in preparing her for Pre-K in the fall. Their guidance has empowered us as a family to support her development holistically. Knowing that my child is happy, thriving, and that her transition is running so smoothly, coupled with the constant support we receive, has provided immense peace of mind. The Goddard School of Midtown has truly exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any family seeking a positive, supportive, and enriching early childhood education experience.

We are so grateful for our time at The Goddard School in Midtown. It has been a truly transformative experience for our child, who has grown in every way thanks to the nurturing and dedicated team here. From the start, the teachers have been incredibly patient, caring, and conscientious --- they helped our child with everything from potty training to social-emotional development, always with kindness and encouragement. The environment is warm, structured, and thoughtfully designed to support each child’s unique needs. A special thank-you to Jamie, the administrator, whose leadership is both compassionate and accommodating. She consistently made us feel heard and supported, which gave us immense peace of mind as parents. There are many daycare centers in Midtown — and we explored quite a few — but none come close to the level of care and professionalism we experienced at Goddard. This is not just a daycare; it's a place where children and families are truly cared for. We’re moving on to a new chapter in our life, but we leave with full hearts and deep appreciation. We would wholeheartedly recommend Goddard to any family.

My granddaughter recently started attending Goddard of Midtown, and I have to say, my family and I have been thoroughly impressed! As someone who doesn't live in Georgia, I was a bit apprehensive about being so far away, but Goddard has truly put my mind at ease. The communication from her teacher has been outstanding – detailed and so reassuring. And the photos! They are absolutely fantastic. Being able to see snapshots of her day and witness how happy she is brings me so much joy. It truly makes me happy to know she is in such a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment. I know I've asked a lot of questions throughout this process, and the entire administration team has been incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Thank you, Goddard of Midtown, for providing such a wonderful experience for my granddaughter and for making this grandparent feel so connected and confident in her care!
