We can’t say enough about how much we love our school! Our two-year-old looks forward to seeing his teachers and friends. He’s a naturally social little guy, and this environment has been perfect for helping him grow through play and connection. My favorite parts is how each activity, especially the crafts, is designed with learning in mind. It’s not just glue and glitter—there’s always a purpose behind what they’re doing, whether it’s learning colors, practicing fine motor skills, or building early problem-solving. We’re so grateful to have found a place where he feels safe, loved, and excited to learn.

As two busy working parents with demanding schedules, finding a place we could fully trust with our children’s care and development was essential and The Goddard School has truly been a blessing for our family. There is no better place we would rather leave our children each day to learn, grow, and thrive. Our two children, Hudson (2 years old) and Channing (5 months old), are absolutely thriving at Goddard. From the moment we enrolled them, we’ve been consistently impressed with the level of care, communication, and intentional learning that takes place every single day. The teachers are nurturing, highly trained, and clearly passionate about early childhood development. They treat each child as an individual, helping them reach important milestones while fostering a deep sense of safety, joy, and curiosity. Hudson has blossomed socially and developmentally, he’s so confident, expressive, and excited to go to school every morning. Channing so well cared for, happy and loved in the infant room, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing he’s in such capable, compassionate hands. The curriculum is thoughtful, research-based, and incredibly well-executed. We appreciate the daily updates and the open, professional communication from staff and leadership. Dave, the owner, leads with care, consistency, and a genuine commitment to excellence. We had some small hurdles in the beginning which he was committed to working through and we greatly appreciate his transparency! We recommend The Goddard School to all our friends and family looking for high-quality early education and childcare. Dave Collins and his staff have created a culture of incredible learning and collaboration for both the children and families. I cannot speak highly enough as both of my boys (5 and 4) have attended Goddard Edgewater since they were 10 months old and have grown up in an environment of love, support and discipline that will have an impact for many years to come. On the very granular level Dave has an “open door” policy and has built a sense of community (through both the PTO and other groups) that not only supports the children but also the families as raising children is not always “rainbows and unicorns”. I cannot speak highly enough about our family experience at Goddard Edgewater. If you have a chance please send your kids to Goddard Edgewater as I don’t think you will be disappointed.
