The Goddard School of Watertown

We are so happy with our time at Goddard. The school's teachers and administrators are kind, caring and engaged with the kids. We started at about at 9 months old and our child has had wonderful experiences with all her teachers and is now so confident and ready for kindergarten thanks to their fun hands-on curriculum. Great outdoor play space and easy parking for drop off and pickup make it easy for the grownups too

Hi, not the greatest service for first time clients. My wife and I recently moved to the area and were really hoping to keep our son in a Goddard school but will be looking for other options in MA. This is unfortunate, given we had a great experience at our Goddard in CT. ____ Update and follow up to above - I do appreciate the Director reaching out to us directly for more context with regarding the review. I do believe they are committed to improving and maybe our visit was an outlier experience.

We love the Goddard School where our child has attended since 5 months old. The team there is excellent, and has largely stayed the same since we joined -- they've been a source of comfort to us when we go to work every day. Our kiddo has learned and experienced so much!

Goddard of Watertown has been such an amazing place for my family and my son. We started in September of 2020 when my son was just 3 months old. As a first time parent, I was pretty anxious about sending him to school during a worldwide pandemic. But as a working parent, I didn’t have much choice. The teachers and staff were so responsible throughout the pandemic. They made me feel safe, but more importantly kept my son not only safe but loved. They never once cancelled on us and were incredibly reliable throughout. Teachers are kind and loving. Curriculum is well-thought out and measurable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this school!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Goddard! Conveniently located in Watertown center, with warm staff and great hours. My child looks forward to going every day and has flourished both socially and academically. The activities are thoughtfully planned, encouraging creativity and learning in a fun and engaging way. The teachers are caring, patient, and attentive to all kids, especially Mr. Axsel and Ms. Shannon - always making sure the kids stay engaged.
