The Grove School of Cary

The Grove is such a lovely school and our sons have been so lucky to be there. We've had some negative experiences at other schools in the area and going there has truly been a breath of fresh air in comparison. The whole staff is supportive, caring, communicative, and interactive. As a mom, it's been a relief to send my kids somewhere where I truly believe that the experience they have on a daily basis is better than we could give them at home. We are constantly marveling at the organization and creativity that goes into the lesson plans. There is a lot of outdoor time and the facilities are nice and well taken care of. The school feels calm, joyful, and caring every day. The communication is thorough and proactive. We've really been grateful for our experience there.

The Grove School of Cary is amazing. We are so fortunate to have had our kids attend the school. I truly cannot say enough positive things after having a difficult pre-school journey prior to arriving here. The staff from top to bottom is excellent. They are professional and extremely caring. The communication is what you hope for with frequent updates via the app and informative communication from the directors on all aspects of the school’s operations. The teachers are engaging and truly care about your child and their growth and development. We are always amazed at how fun and creative the daily schedules are not to mention the frequent special activities they work in throughout the year. Thank you so much! We are forever grateful.

Highly recommend The Grove School. The school is beautiful and very welcoming to children with a home feel. The teachers and directors are beyond incredible. They are all caring, fun and work hard to adapt to children's educational needs and comfort level. Communication is another positive with this school. The school has great communication about events, children's achievements, any illnesses, and each child's daily activities to include photos. I can't recommend this school enough.

Toured this daycare for my 3mo and loved everything they do up until I saw the classrooms. When I was brought to see the infant class there were four babies left unattended during tummy time. The teachers were across the room- one putting a baby to sleep and the other cleaning up. When I raised my concern of the infants being left alone during tummy time the tour guide immediately said ‘yes they should have a teacher within arms length’ but did nothing about it. While in the classroom the head of the school also walked in and did not address that fact the children were unattended during tummy time. I can’t say it’s always like this but it bothered me while I was there and made my decision easy not to move forward with enrollment.

My child has been attending The Grove School since she was 3 months old and has been treated like family since her first day. Seeing the growth she has experienced there has been amazing to witness. I have also been impressed with the collaboration and open communication with her teachers. My husband & I always know what our daughter is learning about so we can pick up at home. As new parents The Grove School has also been great about guiding us in what to do/bring as our child moved from one class to the next. The head of school and administrations are always very responsive and helpful. Also, since reopening after COVID-19 we have also not worried once about our daughter's safety with the extensive precautions taken. Overall, we are extremely happy members of The Grove family and I always look forward to seeing my child's smile at being there when we arrive each morning.
