The Learning Experience - Ballantyne

My experience this far with the TLE has been great. I am a first time parent and my daughter started daycare when she was 7 months from being mainly cared for at home and by family when I had to go into the office for work. I had to return to the office full-time and because of that, I had to put my daughter in daycare full-time. I was extremely nervous and had a lot of reservations but Tiffany, who did my tour initially, made me feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions, and just kept me at ease with all of my craziness. My daughter's teachers are Sierra, Kelly, and Linda and they are all amazing. They care for my daughter with compassion and I can tell that my daughter is okay with being there. She use to cry every time I dropped her off, which is normal, now she has gotten used to the routine and she has been growing and developing very well since enrollment. I am pleased with the teachers and the staff up front, Tiffany, Maddie, and Maggie are all pleasant when I I'm there. I see my daughter staying here for a long time. Thank you all for caring for my daughter and making this first time daycare journey easy for me.

We absolutely loved the school! Miss Rekha has been truly amazing — my child was excited to go to school every day just to be in her class. I wanted to establish a consistent schedule for him to arrive early, and Miss Rekha’s presence made that goal so much easier. She put in so much effort to help him learn and write, and we’re incredibly grateful for her dedication. A special thank you to Miss Tiffany, Miss Maggie, and Miss Maddie as well — they were always kind, patient, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference. Thank you all for making our experience so positive!

Amazing Experience! We couldn’t be happier with our experience at TLE! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. My daughter immediately felt comfortable, and I could tell they were in a safe, nurturing environment. The teachers are caring and patient, providing both structured learning activities and plenty of playtime. I appreciate the regular updates and photos throughout the day—it’s reassuring to see my daughter is engaged and happy. The facility is clean, organized, and equipped with age-appropriate toys and learning materials. Communication with the staff is excellent! I highly recommend TLE to anyone looking for childcare in the area!

My son started at TLE when he was 4 months and has been doing so well! As a first time mom, I was nervous about daycare but immediately felt better when he started. The teachers are so sweet and genuinely love him. He has been developing well and I think a big part of that is all the play and interaction he gets here.

We have had the most incredible experience with The Learning Experience (TLE) Ballantyne over the past several years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff—especially the front desk team who make every drop-off and pick-up feel so warm and welcoming. Our journey with TLE began when my son started attending at age 4. Now 8, he still talks fondly about his time there and how much he learned and grew. He entered kindergarten confident, prepared, and excited—all thanks to the foundation built at TLE. Now, as my daughter approaches her own preschool graduation, I find myself reflecting with so much gratitude on the role TLE has played in our family’s life. One of the greatest blessings throughout our time has been Mrs. Ashley. She has been a constant and a true gift to both of my children. Her care, passion, and dedication to her students shine in everything she does. Mrs. Ashley is not only a phenomenal teacher—she is a big reason why both of our children entered kindergarten thriving and ready to take on the world. Her impact will be felt for years to come.
