The Learning Experience - Downingtown

The franchise owners are cheap and are running this school into the ground. They refuse to buy the Student Enrichment kits for the schools. In January the kids were supposed to get the Little Engineers kit and the school still hasn't received the money from the franchise owners to purchase them. These kits are supposed to be included in tuition. The director Ms Donyetta is absolutely amazing and truly cares about the children. Unfortunately, the staff seems to be having a mass exodus from this school. Our son loves the school and the staff, it's just a shame that the franchise owners are more concerned about pinching pennies than actually supporting their staff. Edit: Changing rating from two to three stars. Things are appearing to get better.

Immaculate is not even a great enough word for how fantastic The Learning Experience is! My three year old came to the facility non verbal and according to his previous daycare, very aggressive. Since beginning at The Learning Experience my three year old is speaking very well and is able to play kindly amongst peers. It has only been four and a half months and with the care and patience given at The Learning experience to my child he was able to be understood and develop faster than ever before. My one year knows his colors, can count to ten and so much more with the help, care and patience from this facility. Overall, what you see is what you get from the time you walk in the facility, to the time you leave, you and your children will feel the care and kindness every employee there has to offer. Ms. Donyetta (the director), is full of so much personality it will make your heart smile and is very knowledgeable. Ms. Skylar (usually at the front desk), always takes time to acknowledge everyone. As for the teachers, way too many to offer shot outs for because I have not come across someone who did not display anything but love. As a mother with a three year old who has an IEP, on the third daycare due to past ones not knowing how to handle my child, take my word when I say, "This is the place for your child/children and you all will love it".

We are so glad we made the decision to enroll our son in the Infant classroom at TLE! As nervous as I was for this huge transition, Ms. Donyetta, Ms. Lisa, and our son’s amazing teacher put us at ease so quickly and we all now love our TLE days! We love the app that provides updates and photos throughout the day. Thank you for making this experience so positive for us, TLE!

We have had a great experience at the learning experience Downingtown. Initially, I was very nervous to send my son to daycare. From the moment I came for a tour I felt immediately at ease and at home with the Director, Donyetta. Lisa reiterated that each day when we came to drop off my son as she had a smile on her face when she greeted us. If you are looking for a daycare for your child to be loved and safe, this is the space for you!

We were initially nervous about enrolling our daughter in daycare but choosing the learning experience has been a great decision. Ms Donyetta and the staff are wonderful and cultivate a great atmosphere around the centre. The children engage in a broad range of activities with the teachers. Our daughter has developed leaps and bounds since enrolling and we couldn’t thank the learning experience enough for all that they have done and continue to do.
