The Learning Experience - Fairfax

We started our daughter here a couple months ago and have been very pleased so far. The staff are super friendly, the building is new and clean, and most importantly our daughter enjoys going there. I like that they give them meals and snacks, one less thing to worry about. They also do a lot of fun activities throughout the day spanning sciences, language, arts, social skills, etc. to encourage the kid's development too.

We are so happy to have our baby join TLE! The teachers, staff and management are very positive and wonderful to work with. The environment feels warm, safe and clean. Love the daily photos, meals, educational activities updates on the App. We know our baby is in good hands❣️

I was a SAHM for 3 years and decided it was time for my mini to socialize outside of family and friends and I can’t say it enough how much we adore and love the staff here and how easy they have made it for me to ease back into the work force with the peace of mind knowing my girl is loved and cared for. If I ever ask my baby who’s her favorite she loves her some Mrs. Kaitlyn, Mrs. Shanda, Mrs. Caroline, and Mrs. Aleyja. They all have been so amazing and I have seen her grow so much into her own little personality. If you’re looking for a place to take your kiddo I 10/10 recommend TLE!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about TLE Fairfax! When it was time to find a daycare for my 10-month old baby when I went back to work I wasn't very impressed with the options. Thank goodness TLE has joined the community :) The entire staff is incredibly caring, and it’s clear that they truly love what they do. Every morning when I drop my daughter off, she is so excited to be there, which gives me complete peace of mind knowing she’s in great hands. The teachers and the director are amazing—so warm, communicative, and dedicated to each child’s growth. Since starting at TLE in November 2024 my baby has learned so many new skills and has really thrived in her environment. I would recommend TLE Fairfax to anyone looking for a wonderful place to enroll their child where they will have peace of mind.

We are so happy with TLE our daughter started attending in November. This has been her first experience with daycare at 2.5 years old, and the teachers have made the transition so smooth and comforting. Ms. Jasmine has been wonderful, always supporting my daughter at drop-off and helping her adjust. She cares about meeting my daughter’s needs, which has made such a positive impact on her. Ms. Alayjah is also fantastic—organized, patient, and clearly experienced with young children. My daughter seems to be having so much fun at school, and it's been so great to see her start engaging with her toys and preferring activities at home instead of watching TV, which she used to prefer. We also appreciate the constant communication from the directors, Kaitlyn and Shanda. They’re always so positive and approachable at drop-off and pick-up. We’re so grateful that this amazing learning environment is now in our neighborhood—couldn’t ask for a better experience for our daughter!
