The Learning Experience - Fort Worth-Heritage

We absolutely love TLE at heritage. From the moment we enrolled our child, we’ve felt confident and at peace knowing they’re in such warm and capable hands. The teachers especially Robyn are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children’s growth and happiness. My child looks happy and comes back with lessons and I’ve seen her hit her milestones consistently. We get daily updates through the app - and they share pictures, what meals and how much she has eaten, thoughtful activities, and consistent communication have made us feel like true partners in our child’s care. Our little one has learned so much and comes home smiling every day. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like a second home. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment! The staff is kind, friendly and welcoming- couldn’t have been more happy

TERRIBLE DAYCARE! my niece came home with bug bites, which she never has at any other daycare. we asked the school if we can bring her repellent to school, they said no! she’s lactose intolerant, so we asked them not to give her whole milk and we will bring her specific type of milk, they still gave her whole milk and said we couldn’t bring her milk! THE WORST PART is she won’t eat their food, so we packed her lunch every day as her teacher suggested we do and we just found out that they haven’t been letting her eat the lunch we made, because she “can’t eat food from home without a doctors note” after telling us we can bring it. they have been letting my niece STARVE and haven’t notified us! and the director is very RUDE to parents and staff, she talks to the staff like they are slaves! do not send your kids here!

My grandchildren are part of the TLE family (each from newborn on) and I couldn't be more pleased. My daughters and son-in-loves feel their kids are safe there, it is obvious they are happy, and they are learning and thriving. The staff is supportive (especially Crystal). We love that there are updates and photos throughout the day and that our precious kiddos are loved on, cared for, and allowed to play and grow in a place where they are the priority. There is attention to security, great curriculum, outdoor play, and peer interaction. They even let the cousins (who are all in different classrooms) have a chance to see each other and interact when possible. It is hard knowing who to trust with kids. TLE is a blessing to our family!

We have been coming to the Learning Experience for 9 months and my children love going to school! They love their teachers and look forward to seeing them every day. I have seen a major improvement in both of my children’s social skills. We love that all of the teachers and administration know my kids by name. It truly shows how much everyone cares at TLE Heritage!

We had a wonderful experience at TLE. The teachers were so loving and sweet with our daughter. Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Charlotte in particular treated her like family. We are first time parents and we felt so safe and comfortable leaving our little girl in their care. I would highly recommend.
