The Learning Experience - Glastonbury

WARNING WARNING DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The reviews here are all false. Take a tour. The hallways smell like sewage, the staff is to busy in their phones to even care about what your children are doing. No one greets you when you drop off because they are too busy checking instagram. The director avoids issues and hides when you have a complaint. My child was bullied in front of me being called names. And the worker there just shrugged it off. They never update you on your child till after you call and complain. There is 0 security they let anyone in. And does not bat an eye when its not the correct drop off parent. Please avoid at all cost. Its a franchised day care that cuts cost and does not care about our children its like dropping your kid off at a bestbuy and saying good luck. Be warned multiple parents have pulled their children and it all makes sense.

My experience here at TLE have been nothing but the BEST! I've been with them for the past 6 months and I couldn't be any happier with my choice of enrolling her here. From the moment we walked in I knew this was the perfect decision. Not only did the cleanliness of the facility caught my eye and met my expectations but the staff there is very welcoming and very open to everything. With dropping her off in the morning the transitions have been at ease due to her Amazing teacher Miss.Yamile :) always greeting her with a smile and warm hugs. That's how I knew she was comfortable and felt safe. I am always looking forward to the photos and the daily updates on the Bubbles and Friends App. Looking at pictures of her throughout the day just make my heart full. I am ecstatic to see her progress here at TLE in Glastonbury and I 100% recommend it for anyone looking for childcare.

I've been with The Learning Experience for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier. My daughter's teachers, Miss Shanai and Miss Angie, are absolute gems. They make drop-offs a breeze, and my daughter is always thrilled to see them, running into the building and greeting everyone with a big smile. The daily updates and photos through the app are a wonderful touch, and I appreciate the verbal feedback they give me when I pick her up. But what really sets this place apart are the monthly events they organize to bring families together. The Sweetheart Dance was a highlight for us—we dressed up like it was prom night and had a blast dancing with Bubbles, their mascot. It's experiences like these that make The Learning Experience feel like more than just a daycare—it's a community where we're all valued and celebrated.

The time our toddler spent at the Learning Experience was absolutely one of the best opportunities for him to grow socially and be comfortable in unfamiliar but safe environments. Everything from drop off to pick up, to snacks and activities is so well structured and welcoming, that we felt so comfortable leaving our toddler there for the day. His instructors and the administrators were always accommodating and helpful as our son was a new “student” and he came to be friendly with everyone there. We hope to be able to bring his sibling there sometime in the near future as well!

Our son has attended TLE Glastonbury since he was 10 months old and we love it! What's even more comforting to us is that he truly loves going everyday and is always talking about his teachers and friends when he isn't there. The staff are wonderful - they are flexible to our son's needs and they are all so passionate about caring for the little ones they work with. We have been very happy with the communication from staff each day and they have been great at problem solving with us for any questions we have. Recently, our son experienced a medical emergency (due to his own unexpected medical issue - not from an accident) and we are so thankful for the staff's quick response to get him the medical attention he needed and they contacted us immediately. Knowing he is in a safe place and in good hands in the case of an emergency is even more reassuring to us and we wouldn't have him attend anywhere else. I would add that we do hope the owner's take steps to retain their wonderful staff. :)
