The Learning Experience - Green Valley Ranch

This daycare is absolutely amazing! My daughter attended for a year, and I saw so much improvement in many areas. I loved how they posted pictures daily of what she was doing and kept me informed about every diaper change and meal. The place is very safe, with multiple doors requiring key fobs to access the building. The classrooms are always clean and well-organized. I also love how they have multiple activities every week, like Water Day, where the kids play in the playground and they have sprinklers throwing water at them, Pajama Day, Picture Day, and more. The teachers are fantastic, and I highly recommend this daycare to everyone!

We have been sending our daughter, Sam, to TLE in GVR for over a year now. She started in the youngest infant room, and is now in the twaddler room. Every single teacher who has cared for her has been genuinely amazing. You can feel the positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in—the teachers love their work, and they love the kids. They have so much patience with my daughter whenever she’s struggling with anything. The leadership team is also incredible. Markeisha, Chonta, and Ashley know every parent and child by name, treating everyone like family. Their dedication and personal touch make a significant difference. The facility itself is clean, safe, and well-equipped with a variety of toys and learning materials. Sam loves playing outside on the playground, doing art projects, exercising, and dancing every day. The meals and snacks they provide are healthy and nourishing. Communication with parents is excellent. We receive regular updates on their app on our daughter’s activities, and any important information. It’s reassuring to know that we are always kept in the loop. Overall, TLE GVR has exceeded our expectations in every way! We are truly grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their child will be cared for with love.

If I could give this center 100 stars, I would!! This center is absolutely amazing! From working at this center as one of the Assistant Directors, to having my own kiddo at this center, it was home for us. Employee perspective: Working at this center was the best 1.5 years I have had in the field. This center is a franchise and the franchisee, Chonta, is so personable. She loves her center, her families and her staff so much and it is so obvious! The management team (Keisha and Eli) are amazing to work with!! Keisha is the director and she is an amazing mentor, leader and just overall an amazing person to work with! I have absolutely LOVED getting to know my families and kiddos and building such good relationships with my families. This has truly been such a hard place to leave, and saying goodbye to all of my staff, kiddos and families. This center was the best thing to happen to us here in Colorado! Parent perspective: the center is very communicative about everything!! My son has learned so much since coming to GVR. His teachers are teaching Spanish too and now my 2.5 year old son can count to 10 in Spanish. The growth I have seen in my child’s learning is incredible!! I will 100000% recommend this school to anyone seeking the best care, a family oriented center, the best teachers with the BEST leadership. The only reason we are leaving this school is because we are moving to Florida. I cannot say anything negative about this school. GVR is our village in helping raising our son when we couldn’t be there. Andrea, Mireya, and Paola as my sons teachers, are absolutely amazing! If you are in need of the best care, GVR is it!! 🤍😊

We are incredibly grateful for this space. Our oldest daughter spent two years here and we now have our youngest in care. Markeisha and Chonta truly make this space feel safe and special for our entire family. They are actively in communication with us throughout the day and always transparent (something that we have struggled through with other daycares). Green Valley Ranch families are lucky to have this center!!

I was really excited about this daycare because it looked nice and was close to my home. I had my son in that daycare with occasional incident reports. I understand because I know things happen. We had our issues with TLE, but nothing big enough to leave because we thought our son was in good hands. Eventually, we were getting like monthly incident reports, then weekly, then daily. Our son was clearly not being watched well because some of them they didn't even see happen. We took our son out when there was 7 incidents in one week! Three incidents were reported in one day! He was bitten multiple times in one day. They blame it on the other child and say sorry. One of the girls working stated that they just dont have enough eyes for all the kids. That worried me. We have brought this to their attention several times and nothing was being done. I have a few TLE mom's that I still speak with now that have taken their child out of TLE because of the same thing. Parents keep leaving, but nothing ever changes. My husband spoke with some of the parents and they said their children are always getting hurt as well. I felt my son's safety was at risk at this daycare. What makes me even more sad is that they did nothing to try and make things better, almost as if they just didn't care. On top of that, they are one of the most expensive daycares in Denver, but with no advantages or perks for my son. I have since enrolled my son in a new daycare that is wayyyyy cheaper and they offer so many more things and perks. Most important, I feel like they actually care about my son and have all eyes on him. The incident reports have since went away and my son no longer cries going to daycare. I am truly disappointed in TLE because I really enjoyed that my son was going there. Way overrated, and my son was not safe there.
