We enrolled our daughter at 18 months old and disenrolled 6 months later. First several months were fine and we had no other experience to compare. Teachers, although averaging on the inexperienced side, were kind and attentive for the most part. However, our daughter was scratched and bitten in the face and protocols to promptly inform us were NOT followed. The 'snacks' that were served were unhealthy and obviously selected for being inexpensive. We went through 3 site directors in 6 months which reflects not only ours, but the staff's lack of confidence in the owner. Although they have the widest range of hours to suit parents, we strongly encourage parents to look elsewhere for day care.

Our daughter has been at TLC New Haven since she was 1yo; over 2 years now. We love the teachers she has had at different stages (baby, toddler, prepper), and she adores her teachers. She learns from hands on activities, is nurtured, and has a community of support. The assistant directors are amazingly supportive and helpful as well. I'm so thankful for all of the teachers and staff!

Our daughter started going to TLE at 4 months old and is now 17 months old…
The teachers in both the infant and toddler classrooms are highly experienced and supportive.
Our daughter’s confidence and strong sense of self has developed beautifully by the partnership with the teachers who understand the family’s goals for their child
Management is remarkable in understanding the parents concerns and managing the child’s needs accordingly
Courtney, Marissa, latifa, Ms Paulette, Ms Nancy, Allie Ms princess and Mr Markel are all amazing

Great school my daughter went there from 6months to one in a half however I just think they are pricy I felt like every few months they went up on price so I took my child out. Other than that if you got it then you got it the school would be great the teachers are nice and they definitely teacher your kids there loved it.

My family and I love it here!!! We made the best decision for our son was transitioning him into the learning experience đź’™ Mr.Mo is amazing and we are truly grateful for him to be looking out for our son!!
