The Learning Ladder Academy is just awesome! The staff is super friendly and caring, and they make sure the kids have a blast every day. The place is clean and safe, which gives me peace of mind. Plus, they keep us involved in the learning and family events. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent in Dayton looking for a great place for their child!

I’ve experienced multiple childcare facilities. The learning ladder academy definitely is the one I would recommend to anyone on any day! I’ve never came across a facility that is as hands on as this one is with their students. This childcare is willing to take the extra step for each child if need be & nothing goes unnoticed with them! A very professional, hands on & observant establishment. The name definitely speaks for its self. 10/10 in my book!

This week I’ve had the opportunity to visit and help out here and it went very well! I love working with infants so it was a blessing to work with the age group I love and that I am comfortable with! The director and teachers are very organized, welcoming, professional and likable people 😊 The director is very knowledgeable, hands on with all age groups, very supportive of the children in the center as well as her staff!! The place is very clean and smells good too which is a plus!! Your children will be safe, properly cared for , it will be like home away from home for them!! It’s a great place to work and take your kids!!!!

The learning ladder academy is THE BEST childcare center hands down! This is my first time sending my daughter to daycare. I viewed a few daycare’s but none of them were the right fit for my daughter until I found this daycare! They take pride in watching my daughter & making sure she is safe & learning.

I have the pleasure of my kids attending The Learning Ladder Academy. Myself and and also my children love them place. The staff is always very nice. It's well organized and they are always bringing something new for the children to try and learn!
