We were so happy when we got our daughter a spot at this center. Everything seemed great, from the facility, the teachers, the menu. And at first things were good. Our daughter was in the infant/toddler room. She adjusted well and loved her teachers. Then things quickly started going downhill. Her lead teacher was let go a few months into her care and was never replaced, the assistant stood in as lead. I noticed many times at pick up my daughter's diapers were not changed, and it had clearly been some time since they were. I started receiving pictures of my daughter crying and upset on a regular basis through the Procare app. At drop off she would start crying as soon as she saw the building. It was heartbreaking for me. But the final straw for was the biting.. My daughter was bit week after week by what I know to be the same child initially because I overheard the other mother when she was signing the incident report. I cannot verify all of the bites were from the same child but I do know they were not separating my daughter from or obviously keeping a good eye on the biter. I sat down with the assistant director - Kayla and told her I wanted to know what the center's plan was for keeping my daughter safe and she responded by asking if this was my only child, implying that I am upset because I'm an inexperienced mother? Rather than actually caring about the issue at hand. She was very unpleasant throughout my experience at the Learning Tree. Savannah was also no help - she would not even look you in the eye while trying to have a conversation with her. We did not even stay with them for one full year. Our care was well over $400/week, and they could not even change my kids diaper on a regular basis. Overall, a very frustrating experience. We have been at a new center that put my daughter in her proper age group (why is infant/toddler a combined classroom? I have not seen that at any other center I have researched), we are paying less money for better care, curriculum, and guess what - no biting! Please look elsewhere - you are your child's only advocate, and they will disregard any complaint you have.

It has been such a pleasure to be enrolled at The Learning Tree West for the last year. My child has been enrolled in the infant and toddler classrooms and we’ve had amazing experiences with all teachers and staff. They are courteous, professional, helpful, and most importantly you can really tell they care for the children.

Being a first time mom, I was extremely nervous about sending our daughter to daycare. From day one, her teachers have been SO informative and loving. Specifically, Ms. Bailey and Ms. Paula. They send updates/pictures all day long through the app and also share a detailed lesson plan for the week! They are so receptive of our requests and happily give us daily updates. My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to entrust The Learning Tree West with our daughter.

We have loved our experiences so far at Learning Tree West. Everyone from the front desk, to the teachers, to the cooks have been extremely friendly. The teachers we have met are compassionate and genuinely care about the kids in their rooms. Our infant daughter is in Miss Barb's room and we know she is wonderful hands everyday. We love all of the pictures Miss Barb sends throughout the day and the updates we receive. Miss Barb always lets us know how our little girl did and if there is anything of which we need to be aware. Our daughter smiles when we drop her off and is always smiling when we arrive to pick her up. We are very happy we found Learning Tree West and grateful Miss Barb has made our daycare experience so easy on us!

We have been at Learning Tree for 6 years and have been very satisfied with the care our children have received. Our son is currently in Miss Danelle's Preschool class and we are very happy with his care. She is very friendly, welcoming, and educated in her field. She is passionate on what she does, you can tell, her lessons plan are great and include more than your average preschool curriculum. For example, they do Yoga and learn about all holidays! She goes above and beyond, making sure that our son is getting the care that he needs for his daily needs. It makes me feel good to know that he is in great hands while I am at work.
