Lil’School preschool teachers and staff have been absolutely amazing for my 4-year-old daughter, especially during a time of many transitions in our family. The teachers have shown genuine care and flexibility in meeting her specific needs, ensuring she feels both supported and nurtured every day. They create an environment that balances structured learning with play-based activities, making it both fun and enriching. Reading, math, science, art, fine motor development, social development, and inclusion are all emphasized to foster each child’s growth. As a scientist, I especially appreciate their very-thoughtful science lessons -- even for preschoolers.
In the six months since enrolling, I’ve seen a clear improvement in my daughter’s language expansion, as well as her letter, word, and number recognition. There is also a strong sense of inclusivity and collaborative play among the children. I value their gentle approach to napping and eating, which respects each child’s comfort level. Communication with parents is excellent, keeping me informed of my daughter’s progress and any areas that might need extra attention. I’m grateful for how much my daughter has grown here, both academically and socially.

Absolutely not. This company from out of Arizona recently in 2023 purchased this academy and ever since they have purchased this Academy it is literally spiraled down the toilet
My son has been attending the school since he was four months old in 2020, he’s come a long way beautifully raised by these fine educators, these kids have learned so much with these people who are hands-on, caring, and dedicated to their growth.
It’s really sad to see how these people are being treated! I don’t blame them for quitting and I don’t blame them for walking out, this company. Candace is horrendous and how they’re handling And treating their employees! And today per talking to some of the previous staff, how they talked about the kids being stupid! Is outrageous !!!! Belittling children? Is this really the company you want watching and educating your kids?
The teachers who have been there previously are like family! They have raised our children, they have seen their first steps, heard their first words, have seen things that many parents didn’t get to see cause we had to go to work, but they provided stability, comfort, and assurance that our children are safe! And loved and that’s exactly what our children have been dealing with for the last five years.
Today I find out that all the teachers have quit because the company has chased them off! Replacing them with robotic people who are just there for the paycheck. They are literally only existing for numbers to get state funding!! The previous staff were there for the kids, and the well-being and growth of these future human beings. This company has taken over and they clearly do not have the same values as the previous staff does.
The previous staffing that they had were amazingly awesome, I have seen so much growth in my son personally since he’s been going to this institution!
The staff, however, they’re not being acknowledged for their hard work and all the accomplishments they’ve made with our kids, the hands-on and time that they’ve put into our kids. It’s really sad that we’re losing great educators and that’s something that this world lacks nowadays.
The value that this company puts into this location is horrendous. Today I went to drop my son off at school to get a feel of the new staffing,
“” MARY “” is the new director, her name is Mary, not once did she come outside to introduce herself to me and four other sets of parents who have the same concerns of this new employee change.
Not once did Mary come out and greet us welcome us and reassure us that everything was gonna be OK. !! She had a bitchy disposition, A nasty feel about her like she hates her job. She’s just there for the paycheck kind of disposition and even locked herself in her office, and when she did have to come out, she ran by everybody to avoid making contact at all with any of us?!!!
The front counter staff has no idea what’s going on, and they seem very rude and in my personal opinion, kind of intoxicated Ish !??? And the other staff working with the kids, have nothing but bad horrible things to say about the children saying that they’re illiterate because of the previous staffing?
Do not take your children here !! it’s a shame that the school has gone where it’s gone and going where it’s going, but this company Candace education is absolutely horrendous. And what they’re doing to the educators who have dedicated most their lives to the education, the development, and well-being of these gosh darn kids is even more disgusting.

This daycare is great! The teachers are so friendly, and the director is always available for questions. My kids have gone here for almost 3 years, and they have learned a lot! The teachers help with homework, which is so helpful for working parents! They have lots of fun activities planned for the kids on a monthly bases, an awesome summer program (where they take the kiddos on field trips), lots of arts and crafts, an awesome little garden in the back. I’d definitely recommend this daycare to friends and family!

We have been a Lil School family for almost 4 years. Our son started in the infant class when he was 3 months old and has attended full time ever since. We now have our daughter (8 months old) at the Lil School who started in the infant class just a few months ago as well. I’ll start out by saying that we really love the Lil School and am so happy that I found a place for both of my children that I feel so comfortable with since honestly these teachers spend more time per week with my children than I do. It really does feel like an extended family because I feel that the teachers and staff really love our children and my son is always happy to find out in the morning that we are going to “school” that day. Any time I have had questions or concerns related to either of my children or the classes they were in my concerns were addressed very quickly. I also really like the format of the school having all of the classes divided by age so they can learn with kids their own age and feel the change of “graduating” to a new class each year. Not only do I feel like the Lil School has played a huge part in my son’s academic learning but his social skills as well through his interactions with all the teachers and children at the Lil School. I also appreciate all the “extras” this school offers through field trips, music class, tennis, art class and date nights.

Lil School is the best! My boys have been at this school over the course of three ownerships. The new owners have a true love and understanding of child development. They understand that children thrive when given opportunities to be social, to play, to be artistic, to express themselves through movement, and when they are exposed to a diverse schedule of activities. They have put in a garden for each classroom, switched out much of the furniture from metal to wooden toys and tables, they have expanded the play area outside, and even put in an outdoor reading area and small indoor library. While the owners are newer, many of the beloved teachers have been a stable force for our family over the last 5 years. The teachers are reliable, caring and committed. They have taught my children wonderful manners, they give hugs when the kids need a loving touch, and they inspire learning and independence. We feel good about dropping off our children at school each day. they are safe, well fed, well taken care of, and learning. We are thankful for the Lil' School.
