The Preferred Nanny

We had a positive experience with the Preferred Nanny. While their initial understanding of our needs wasn't quite right, they were very professional and attentive, and continued to make refinements until we found a fabulous fit. I would prefer (sorry about the pun) to work with people like this, who show incredible kind of integrity along the way because I feel confident that they will work with us to find a mutual best fit and help us if something goes sideways.

I absolutely love working with The Preferred Nanny and Taryn! Not only is she amazing at communicating with me as a nanny working through an agency for the first time, but families always are updated the moment I am and vice versa. Everything is made so easy by the agency, they're so sweet and so organized. They really did a great job matching me with the right family!

We recently moved to NC away from family and babysitters we had established is PA. I posted on a community Facebook group looking for a babysitter as we were in need of one last minute. I was hesitant on just using anyone to watch our 2 children. Taryn reached out to me and told me about the Preferred Nanny. We did and we have been matched with two sitters that we really like and trust. We feel at ease knowing their sitters go through a process and are background checked.
