The Rising Stars of Sunnyvale

We sent our son to Rising Stars of Sunnyvale when he was about a year and a half. It was our first experience with daycare and we were feeling so nervous. On the tour Giovanna was so warm and welcoming, our son felt comfortable with her and the space so much quicker than he usually does in new places. The transition was hard for us though which is typical, he would cry at drop-off the first week but Giovanna would send so many pictures and updates throughout the day. She was so patient and understanding of all our concerns. After the transition period ended, he would ask to go to "school" in the mornings and would rush in the door without even saying goodbye. He was always happy at pickup time too when we'd see the children laughing and playing together outside. All the teachers were so kind and loving towards him. I was also so impressed by how much he was learning! Because of the mixed age group, he learned so much from the older children that I didn't even think he was capable of at his young age! we are so eternally grateful for his time at the Rising Stars and all the love and hard work the teachers put in. We only left because we moved out of state, but otherwise we would've kept him there until school age.

I want to thank Giovanna for always being a thoughtful and kind person to all. My experience at the rising starts was great :) Giovanna is always trying to find ways to make learning fun meaningful, and enjoyable. Great place with great people!

A wonderful place with lots of activities. My son was happy to attend from day one until his last. A place where, as mothers, we strive for the best for our children. A clean place where they provide childcare. Thank you so much, Giovana 🙂
