Great gym in the area. State of the art equipment, clean, spacious. Only thing is I wish they had a steam room and jacuzzi for seniors. Indoor pool option is great due to the heat! Front office staff very nice 😊

This is an awesome place ! It’s very clean and well maintained. The staff’s are great. Ms. Aubrey gave as an outstanding service during our visit here. We came from Los Angeles and had good time here on the way to Redwood National Park. Here the inside facilities are great.

I’ve been here for almost a week now. I love coming here! There are many machines and options of what to do! I enjoyed the sauna as well! Very nice and clean locker rooms! Def recommend!

This place would be 100xs better if these young teenagers had to be accompanied by adults at the gym. They play with equipment, travel in groups hogging equipment for long periods of time, are loud, and run all over the place. I’ve tried complaining to front desk multiple times after being continuously hit by a ball, and for yelling and they do nothing. Sad excuse for a gym more like a daycare.

Great family gym. The women in the daycare are amazing with my kiddos. They did some renovations including a new playground with a sun cover!
