The Youth Academy - Sango

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I had during my tenure of one year and four months at this esteemed organization. It has been an absolute privilege to be a part of such a remarkable workplace. Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances related to our relocation to Texas, I had to bid farewell to this wonderful journey. I kindly request that you disregard any negative comments or reviews, as everyone is entitled to their own perspective. It is important to recognize that every workplace may encounter challenges, and it is unfair to judge based solely on isolated incidents. For those considering joining this esteemed organization, I wholeheartedly recommend it without any reservations. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to The Youth Academy for providing me with an exceptional and enriching experience. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have collaborated with such coworkers and directors during my time here. Thank you once again for the unforgettable memories and the positive impact this organization has had on my professional growth❤️

My 5 yrs old child went there for summer camp. Although I felt that the front desk ladies were courteous and listened to our issues and we were kept well informed on kids activities. He always complained about the teachers scolding and rude to the kids and he didn't like going there. I discussed this with the front staff but situation didn't seem to improve. He was even scared sometimes to go to the camp so I had to promise him to find a better place next summer!

Our first daughter started daycare at the Sango Youth Academy at 3 months old when I had to return to work - finding a reliable and safe daycare that also helps your child develop and grow is tough and anxiety provoking, and Sango Youth academy was that safe place for our family. Our daughter was adored by the staff, even as her primary care providers changed out and she moved up in classrooms, she was always so well taken care of and enjoyed going to daycare every day. The reports from her care providers at the end of the day were thorough, and the staff was genuinely invested in our daughter’s well being. When our jobs moved us from the area, we were so sad to leave. It was so sweet to see how much the staff was so sad to see her go as well. Sango Youth academy definitely set a high standard for daycare moving forward for us. We miss them and definitely recommend this facility!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience here with my 2 kids. Facility is always super clean, very secure and there’s always a wonderful admin around to help. The teachers are awesome, Ms. Tiffany has been super helpful with my youngest who is still adjusting to daycare. My kids are even more excited to read books and write and color after enrolling at the Youth Academy. My daughter also talks about the topics they learn about all the time, like the butterfly life cycles, fire safety- it’s pretty impressive to get my 4 year old interested in anything besides playing. I also think it is really cool the kids have water days in the summer and you can sign them up for swim lessons. By far the best daycare and school I have enrolled my kids in!

My daughter attended pre-k at The Youth Academy Sango area and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience!! She learned a lot, her teacher Mrs. Wanda was such a sweet and most caring soul when it came to all the children in the class and how seriously she takes her career. We were always greeted like family walking into the facility. We were always informed of every little accident or knee scrape no matter how small which was so much appreciated by my husband and I since we love to stay informed. They did a great job at communicating anything happening with holidays or school trips etc. They also take bullying very seriously and correct such behavior in a graceful manner. I could go on and on about why we loved the Sango youth academy and are so sad to have moved on!
